The moon was so bright...
it enlightens the darkness that envelops the night...
A cold wind blows, that make the tree branches sways and the leaves dance under the beautiful moonlight...
As the leaves dances...
An angelic voice can be heard....
just like a spotlight... the moonlight was enlightening a beautiful pearl...
a woman with long silky black hair that was dancing through the wind...
dressed elegantly...
she was surely a wishful person, with her head lift up
and a passionate singer with her sad song serenading the moon...
the moonlight was enough to see her beautiful eyes sparkling as a tear flows down to her flawless rosy cheeks as she end the song...
I don't know why, but I suddenly felt my chest tightening...
and the unexplainable feeling of urge to go to her and wipe those tears away...
as if they have their own mind...
my feet suddenly begin to move...
walking towards her...
and then...
there i was standing right in front of her...
as if she felt my presence she lifted her head...
We're now face to face...
Eye to eye... with those beautiful eyes that was filled with different emotions...
the confusion, sadness and loneliness...
her lips suddenly move..
as if she was saying something...
but I can't hear anything...
another tear fell down from her eyes...
as i reach out my hand to touch her face...
everything goes black and she suddenly vanish...
like a moonlight scattering all over the darkness...

when she woke up.. warm light greeted her. It's morning already.
It's that dream again.. she thought
She touched her face and felt it wet by tears.
She's been having that dream ever since she was a child. And she always wakes up crying. She doesn't know who the woman is, but she felt like she knows her more than she ever does. Like a part of her aches for the woman. Though the woman's face is always blurry.She reached for the under of her pillow and felt the small bag. She held it near her and felt herself calm.down. It was an amulet given by her father. It used to belong to her mother. Whenever she felt wavered, She always hold on to the amulet.
When she finally felt calm, she got up and get ready for school. Her father was already gone for work. There's a breakfast ready on the table as well as a lunchbox.
It has been their daily routine for his dad to prepare breakfast and their lunch and for her to prepare dinner. Though she tried to insist on taking the responsibility of making their food but her father insist so that she wouldn't have to wake up early.
As she was about to leave,
"Mia! Let's go!" Lili called out on her.
Ever since elementary, they've been going to school together.
"Coming!" she called out as weel as she grabbed her bag.
As they walk to school, she told Lili about the stange man she saw yesterday.
"Oh my God! There has been a rumor going around that there was this strange attacks happening on female students from the next town. You should be careful."
"I can say that to you as well. Especially when you get out from work."
"Don't worry about me. I always go home with some of my coworkers." Lili said grinning.

The next day, however, Lili didn't drop by on the morning. Mia thought Lili overslept, as Lili sometimes does when she stays up late at night and goes to school on their 4th period.
However, Lili never came. As well as the next day.
Mia was worried and decided to visit Lili's house after school on the second day. It's very unusual for Lili not to go to school and she knows how strong Lili's immunity is. It would be a miracle for her friend to be out and sick.
Just as she was about to ring the doorbell, Lili's mother was about to go out of the house.
"Aunt Lemery-" just as she was about to greet Lili's mother. Aunt Lemery burst into crying.
"Mia! I don't know what to do!" Lili's mother said as she hugged Mia. This weighted on Mia's heart.
"What happened Auntie?" She asked, shakily.
"Lili's in the hospital. She was attacked yesterday night and she's in a coma." Aunt Lemery said in between sobs. Mia's heart fell.
Together with Aunt Lemery, Mia visited Lili in the hospital. Lili was placed in ICU and as she can see from the outside, Lili took a damaged in the head and has some bruises in the face and some are showing on her arms.
When they came, there's a police officer waiting for Auny Lemery outside Lili's room.
As Aunt Lemery had told her, Lili was brought into the hospital by a patrol officer who witnessed Lili being attacked by a man wearing black clothes.
When she mentioned a man in a "black clothes", there's no one else that came to her mind except the man she bumped into the other day. A cold shiver runs through her skin, just by remembering those eyes.
It was really fortunate that the patrol officer came in time. The police said that it was the same man who attacked girls on the next town and what they went through is much worse. They've been trying to apprehend the man but it was quick and always vanish into thin air.
However, the police also said that the attack on Lili broke his pattern. Because all the other girls attacked has long black hair and Lili has short brown hair. This scrambles all the leads the police has as they think that the man doesn't have a preference and can attack anyone.
As she looks into Lili's room, she suddenly saw her reflection through the window that divides the room..
'long black hair..'
