Chapter 27

'That was embarrassing!' Hazel exclaimed getting inside the car.

'That was fun' Chris answered smiling widely.

'Fun? Did you know how many people laughed at us while crossing by? Ahh, it was so embarrassing!' she said covering her face with her hands.

She turned to look at Chris but he was happily enjoying her wailing.

'Seriously? You are laughing?' she asked looking at him in disbelief.

'Though your dancing style was kinda poor compared to mine but the fact that you felt embarrassed kinda soothes me, so I forgive you' he said laughing.

'Demon!' she shouted angrily.

'Buckle up, it's time to go' he said still laughing, amusing even him.

'Did you really find that guy who scammed me?' she asked anxiously.

'Yeah, he was about to leave town just caught him in the nick of time' he answered driving out the apartment.

'Thank god…I really thought I lost all my money' she said clasping her hands together.
