It had been a year since his meeting with the Celestial Spirit King.

There were a lot of things which happened such as Karen who had become the strongest magician on the Blue Pegasus, after she had received the key of Ophiuchus. She had also become very good at pretending to be a goody two shoes and her reputation increased because of that. Her relationship with Aries also became very good and it was also very rare for her to go out with various men.

However, because of that those men who tried to chase after her became even more excited with this change and gave her even more gifts.

Karen received a lot of things from money, condominium, house, magic book, etc without even asking anything.

When Karen went to Bourne's house, she always laughed at how easy it was to manipulate men which made Bourne who listened to her speechless, but he didn't care much since he didn't have that much interest in this woman.

Bourne's relationship with Ur and Ultear had always been good and very stable, even though, there was some argument, overall, their relationship was relatively peaceful.

Bourne didn't have an interest in adding more girls even if there were a lot of girls who wanted to enter his bed, considering his reputation and wealth.

Bourne's business had become even more successful and there were a lot of nobles or farm owners who wanted to have a business with him.

Bourne owned a retail business which meant he mastered the sales channel of various products from flour, meat, fruits, tobacco, etc and whenever he bought something he always bought something in bulk.

Unlike some merchants who bought only part of the harvest, if nobles, land owners, or farm owners collaborated with Bourne, they didn't need to worry that their harvest couldn't be sold anymore.

It was also the reason why Bourne's company was being sought by a lot of people.

Though, at the same time, it also greatly benefitted him since he was able to manipulate the price of various things because of that.

However, Bourne wasn't a dark hearted businessman and all he wanted was a quick profit so he didn't sell the goods at an expensive price, unless there was some trouble. Which made his reputation became very good in the eyes of people.

Besides his business, Bourne also had two magicians that were able to help him to protect him, his family, and his business.

Meredy and Sorano.

Meredy had learned magic under Ultear's tutelage and had learned magic which was known as Maguilty Sense.

Magiulty Sense was a very interesting magic and it was a support magic. The ability of this magic was to allow the caster of this magic to link two or more people's senses as one.

For example, if Meredith cast her magic on someone then tickled this person then the person who was linked with the person who was being tickled would also feel ticklish too. If someone felt pain then the other people would also feel pain. If someone felt hot then the other person would also feel hot.

It was very interesting magic and it was very good supporting magic.

Then after Meredy, it was Sorano who was once called Angel in the past.

Sorano, who was being brought up by Bourne, was helpless, especially when all of her keys were being collected by Bourne. However, after she stayed at Bourne's house for several days, she didn't have any resistance and felt good to stay with him.

Sorano didn't need to hide nor she needed to stay in a poor place. She could eat good food, tried various clothes, got cute dolls, slept on soft bed, etc. The only thing that she needed to do was to become a guard at the most prosperous beauty shop within the kingdom. During her work time, she could also relax which made her not want to get out from Bourne's place.

Bourne also told her that she could also become a model at his magazine.

Sorano became even more excited and became even more loyal to Bourne.

However, when Bourne asked her about the location of her guild, she didn't want to tell him since she was afraid he would be killed by the people from her guild. She knew that Bourne was very strong, but the magicians in her previous guild were also very strong.

Sorano also didn't want him to lose his life since without knowing she cared very much about him.

Bourne didn't think too much since it didn't really matter. However, he learned all of the information about Sorano's guild since in the future, he had an intention to make those magicians into his people.

Bourne also helped Sorano to master a new magic which was known as Angel Magic that had been modified.

Sorano loved an angel and it might be because of her feeling of worship toward an angel that it was very easy for her to master this magic, however, this magic was without its own drawback since to summon an angel, she needed to use her own lifespan.

However, Bourne wouldn't let that happen and searched for a way to solve that drawback.

It took a lot of time, but Bourne found a solution to erase the drawback of Sorano's angel magic. He needed to make Sorano lose control of her magic then beat the shit out of the angel and threatened it several times to make those angels obedient before making her able to summon an angel without cost of her lifespan.

It was also the reason why Sorano always felt that her heart was throbbing when she stayed with him and made her motivated to help him at his business.

Then after all of that, Bourne had decided to open a new business and that was to open an automotive manufacturer, especially a truck, pick up truck, tractor, and farm machinery.

Bourne had always felt weird that in this world, there was an aircraft, and there was also a car, but he had never seen a truck or various farm machinery. He was speechless when he saw the people in this world used a traditional method by harvesting their farm crop by people or magic.

It was very inefficent and took a lot of time which made him sigh.

So Bourne had decided to make one and before that he was going to search for an iron mine around the continent.

Inside the off-road car which Bourne made use of his heat magic, he drove around the continent searching for an iron ore together with Ultear.

"Here, open your mouth," Ultear said.

Bourne opened his mouth and let Ultear feed him the snack that they had bought in a previous town.

Ultear was very happy that she could go on a trip together with Bourne.

"So do you know where this iron mine is?" Ulter asked and ate the snack.

"I know. You don't need to worry, but the location is quite troublesome," Bourne said.

"Is it inside the forest?" Ultear asked.

"Yes."

Bourne nodded. He didn't ride a motorcycle since the weather was quite bad and with a car, he didn't need to worry about setting up a tent.

Ultear also loved this off-road car and felt very comfortable inside. She talked about a lot of things with him and took a lot of various photos of the surrounding area. She was like a child who was curious about the world which made him glad to bring her together with him.

Bourne looked at the dark sky and felt very weird since he saw that the cloud started to twist slowly, but he didn't think too much at that moment.

However at this moment...

"ROARRRRR!!!!"

A loud roar was heard from inside the jungle which caused both Bourne and Ultear to become wary at the same time.

"Bourne!"

Bourne hurriedly used his water magic since someone suddenly was blown toward the direction of his car.
