Will Of The Universe

The city was so huge that it not only covered the entire clearing but also took in many mountain ranges as well as rivers.

The city was surrounded by 100 metre high walls. The walls were beautifully designed in a white colour.

The interior of the city was in an overall white colour. There were also other colours such as blue, red, yellow and green but the white was the most dominant.

The city was divided into five regions according to the directions. Southern, eastern, northern, western and central regions.

According to what Alex planned, the southern region would be the market area and the southern gate would be the main gate.

Anyone who wanted to visit the city could only enter through the southern gate.

The eastern region was for the civilians. There were also many rivers which could be used for farming. The number of houses was insane and each of them were high-class villas.

A rough estimation would say that it could have a permanent population of around 10 billion.

One could imagine how huge the eastern region was let alone the whole city.

The western region was completely empty. It was reserved for future development projects according to the his needs. In fact, Alex has already planned to use it for constructing factories.

The northern and central regions were restricted areas. The northern region was for the military while the central region was for Alex himself.

Through the city passes a huge river. Alex named it Mystic River. The width of the river was more than 2 kilometres. But the water currents were unusually soft. Even if an inexperienced swimmer were to fell into it, they would have about 80% chance of survival.

The river passing through diagonally across the city separating the city into two pairs of regions. North-west and south-east.

At the centre of the city, the river forms a huge lake, almost a sea. It's diameter reaches an insane 10 kilometres. Above the lake is an island covering 8 kilometres of the lake.

This island is the central region where there are dozens of palaces. There is a king's palace at the centre of the island.

There are beautiful stone bridges that connects the central region to other regions.

Alex nodded his head in satisfaction. After all, the city was not too bad.

But that was only for Alex. For others it was no different than a city of gods.

Alex took another step as he appeared in the main palace of the island. He immediately took Alice towards the king's bedroom. Only after she slept did he come out.

She was already exhausted when they were in the forest so it was better for her to rest first.

As Alex was pondering, a golden light flashed in front of him. A scroll unfolded as bright golden light was released.

Alex's pupils shrank when he saw this. He realised the power behind it.

Will Of The Universe.

The strongest power there is in the entire universe.

On the scroll were some words in an ancient language which Alex understood. It read.

[You must realise what I am. So I will get straight to the point. I will give you my most precious treasure but in return, you must not use your powers to kill anyone.]

The message was terribly simple but the weight it carried was immense. Even though Alex was a Celestial God, he couldn't neglect the strongest power in the entire universe.

Also, he was curious about the most precious treasure of the Will Of The Universe. So he agreed without hesitation. Afterall, it didn't say that he couldn't use his powers completely.

Also, he already found a huge loophole in this deal. So it was no different than giving Alex a newbie gift pack.

"Sure. I will accept it gladly."

As soon as Alex's voice fell, the golden scroll folded back as it faded away. In the next moment, Alex could feel a strange change on his island.

He immediately used his spiritual sense to scan it. What he found was a new structure.

He teleported there with a step. In front of him was a huge pool with golden liquid in it. The golden liquid was brimming with life energy as well as the laws of creation.

As Alex was trying to figure out it's use, some unknown knowledge surged into his mind. After he read through it, Alex couldn't help but curse.

"This is crazy f*ck!"

The pool in front of him was called the Pool Of Creation.

It would create living creatures randomly. Alex could only use it once a day. He just needs to will it to use it.

Without wasting time, Alex used today's chance.

The pool started glowing more brightly as a figure emerged from within. It was a female to be exact.

As soon as she came out, she knelt in front of Alex as she greeted him.

"War Goddess, Diana greets her Master."

Diana looked extremely stunning and could be said to be an immortal beauty. But she wasn't like a fairy. Instead the feeling she gave others was that of a fierce tigress.

Alex didn't knew why but he did felt that way. But he didn't want to waste anytime. He will first take revenge then think about other things.

He took out a letter that was given to him by an envoy of the queen of the kingdom. It stated that as the heir of the Pheonix County, he will inherit his father's position.

But the condition was he should first visit the queen personally to receive it. Until then he would be given the title of an Earl as a reward for his father's bravery and achievements.

He gave the letter to Diana as he gave his first order.

"As per the Queen's edict, the Pheonix County belongs to me. I order you to kill all the traitors and rescue my family."

"Do you understand?"

"Yes Master! I shall gladly fullfill all your desires."

Alex ". . ."

"Could you speak a bit normally?"

"As long as Master wishes, I shall do it."
