Chapter 69

Eun-sook on her way,

She goes to medical store and purchases some medicines.

Eun-sook comes back home,

[Knock]

Jessie opens the door,

She says to Eun-sook,"Welcome!"

Eun-sook comes inside

Jessie saw something in her hand and asked,"What is this?"

Eun-sook,"Just some medicine!"

Jessie,"What happened to you?"

Eun-sook,"No, just my head was paining a little!"

Jessie,"I didn't know that you drink too!"

Eun-sook,"What?"

Jessie,"I found bottle in your room!"

Eun-sook,"No, I don't drink!"

"Just yesterday was my first time drinking!"

Jessie,"That's why your head is paining!"

"But why you brought 4 to 5 medicines!"

Eun-sook,"It was of something else!"

"Just leave it?"

"And tell me where are your babies!"

Jessie,"Come with me!"

Eun-sook follows Jessie to her room.

The babies were sleeping peacefully on the bed by spreading their tiny legs and hands and their mouths were open.

Eun-sook saw them and happily said,"Oh they are so cute!"

Jessie,"They just look cute but they are too naughty!"

Eun-sook was adoring them and she said with teary eyes,"I really wanna take them in my arms!"

Jessie asked with concern,"But are you able to touch them!"

Eun-sook suddenly said,"I'm going to my room!"

She leaves.

Jessie said to herself,"Looks like she wants to come over from her fear!"

"I hope she would be able to do it!"

Eun-sook locked the room and she started drinking.

[Morning]

[In office]

Eun-sook was taking the printout of some documents near the printer.

Lee Soo-kyung comes near Eun-sook and asked,"Is that he is not here yet!"

Eun-sook,"Who?"

Lee Soo-kyung,"Kim jae-hwan, the CEO!"

Eun-sook,"No, he is not here yet!"

"Maybe he is gonna be late!"

"So, you can wait here!"

Lee Soo-kyung,"Okay!"

Eun-sook takes her to the meeting room.

Eun-sook,"You can wait here!"

Lee Soo-kyung,"You should stay here too!"

"Or I will be alone!"

Eun-sook,"Okay!"

She sits on one chair.

[After a while]

Lee Soo-kyung said to Eun-sook,"I'm getting bored now!"

Eun-sook,"Would you like to have a cup of coffee!"

Lee Soo-kyung,"Yes!"

Eun-sook leaves and brings the cup of coffee in a tray.

She saw Lee Soo-kyung was moving around.

Eun-sook goes behind her and from a distance she said,"Your coffee!"

Lee Soo-kyung suddenly turned behind by filling her hair and Eun-sook eyes were swiped by it. She suddenly closed her eyes and Lee Soo-kyung hand got cut by the tray.

Lee Soo-kyung shouted,"Are you crazy?"

Eun-sook rubbed her eyes by one hand and opened it.

She saw blood was dripping from Lee Soo-kyung hand.

Lee Soo-kyung said,"What are you standing still?"

"Just do something, can't you see that my hand is bleeding!"

Eun-sook was panicking. She left the tray on the table and ran outside.

Lee Soo-kyung angrily said,"Is that she is trying to abandon me at this situation!!"

"I'm not gonna leave her!"

She came out of the meeting room and shouted,"Where are you?"

Jae-hwan just came by and he stopped.

He saw that someone's hand was bleeding. He goes near her and calls Choi Hwan and said him to bandage her hands.

[After a while]

Eun-sook came back in the office from the washroom.

Everyone was staring at her.

Someone said to her,"Go in the meeting room!"

"Lee Soo-kyung is waiting for you!"

Eun-sook was scared,"What?"

She then goes inside the meeting room.

The atmosphere seems cold as Lee Soo-kyung was looking angry and Jae-hwan was sitting silently.

Eun-sook said to Lee Soo-kyung,"Did you call for me?"

Lee Soo-kyung angrily said,"What do you mean I called for you?"

"You literally hurted me and then left me there alone when my hand was bleeding!"

"Are you crazy?"

Jae-hwan to Lee Soo-kyung,"Stop it!"

"She can't do anything like this!"

Eun-sook,"Sorry!"

Jae-hwan to Eun-sook,"You don't need to say sorry!"

"I know that it's not your fault!"

Lee Soo-kyung to Jae-hwan,"Are you still taking her side!"

"It was her fault!"

"She hurted me intentionally and then she left me!"

"So, tell her to compensate for it!"

Eun-sook accepting,"Yes, it was my fault!"

"Sorry, for hurting you!"

Jae-hwan,"What?"

Lee Soo-kyung,"Do you believe it now?"

"When she accepted it!"

Jae-hwan,"No, I still can't believe it!"

"Because I know that she can't hurt anyone!"

Eun-sook to Jae-hwan,"Sorry, sir but it was my fault!"

"And she really got hurt just because of me and then I left her alone!"

Jae-hwan was shocked,"What?"

Lee Soo-kyung angrily,"Now, you talk to her on your own!"

"And I'm leaving!"

"But she have to compensate for what she have done!"

Lee Soo-kyung leaves,

Jae-hwan asked Eun-sook,"Why are you lying?"

"I trust you!"

"So, you don't need to say like this!"

Eun-sook angrily,"I told you I did it!"

"It was my fault!"

Jae-hwan,"But why?"

Eun-sook thinking of an excuse

Jae-hwan suddenly says,"Oh, I remember!"

"I know why you did this!"

Eun-sook asked,"Why?"

Jae-hwan,"Because you were insecure with that girl as she was trying to get close to me!"

He angrily said,"But you shouldn't do these kinda things!"

"Like hurting someone intentionally and then leaving them all alone!"

"I told you don't need to be insecure of her but still....!"

Eun-sook bows,"Sorry!"

And she leaves

Jae-hwan thinking,"I don't know what happened to her?"

[Night]

Eun-sook work was over and she was going to leave.

[Ouch]

After taking her purse she took a step forward when her toe got hit from the desk and the purse falls down.

Jae-hwan heard the noise and came outside. He asked her,"Are you okay?"

Eun-sook while moaning by closing her eyes,"Yes!"

Jae-hwan saw her and said,"No, you are not!"

He drags the chair near her and makes her sit on it.

Jae-hwan sat down and by touching her feet, he asked,"Where is it paining?"

Eun-sook pulled her leg and said,"I'm okay!"

Jae-hwan angrily,"Are you telling me or should I take you to the doctor?"

Eun-sook moves her toe and said,"It's really fine!"

"Just it was paining when it got hit all of a sudden!"

Jae-hwan,"Okay then!"

He then saw that her purse was fallen down. So, he was going to pick it up but suddenly 2-3 box of medicine falls out from it.

Jae-hwan picked it up and asked,"What is this?"

"You weren't on some medications!"

"So, how came you have this much medicine!"

Eun-sook suddenly snatched it from his hand and kept it all in her purse.

She said,"These are of Jessie not mine!"

Jae-hwan found it suspicious and he asked,"So, why did you snatched it from my hand?"

Eun-sook,"Because I'm getting late to go home!"

She leaves suddenly.
