Don't Look Back

"I am afraid." Isabella buried her face in Joseph's arms. "But with you, I wouldn't be afraid. Take a chance. I won't be separated from you."

Hearing that, Joseph smiled gently. He kissed Isabella's forehead. "Trust me, Isabella."

"Yes."

"One! Two! Three! Jump!"

The wind in the mountains blew past her ears. They were in free fall. Isabella lay in Joseph's arms and was surprised to find that she was completely unafraid.

Joseph hugged her tightly. She felt so warm. He used his entire body to hug her, wrapping her up in his big body.

Joseph was protecting her.

Although it's just a game, there will be no accidents, and Joseph still instinctively protects her.

Isabella thought, 'This is my husband. This is my family. I am so happy and lucky. He is holding me like this. No matter what's in front of me, I won't be afraid anymore.'

The bungee jumping ended. Platty looked depressed. His legs were shaking as he walked.
