I sat at the dining table taking a sip of the orange juice that had been offered to me a while ago.

Megan and Kelly had left the dining room and it was kind of weird knowing that Megan had sat here and I didn't have the urge to talk to her, I was bent on snubbing her too, but for how long? I already regret doing so, this is not just me, yet I still did it anyway.

I didn't notice how long mom had been staring at me but the moment I raised my head, mommy's dark eyes pierced me as she glared at me with wonder.

"Just by looking at you and Megan I know something didn't go well when you guys entered the room, you both are just different people now, I hope you don't mind telling me what happened," mom spat as if she had a bad tooth.
