Misgiving

I was trying to control myself from doing any stupid thing, although I wanted to kiss Megan, I don't want it to be a mad rush, I want us to both take out time and trust the process of course.

"Well, the leg isn't giving me much trouble these days, I can do one or two things on my own without needing anybody to help me. By the way, I am now using only one crutch, so I believe my healing is certain," she explains happily.

Nodding my head in accordance I what she said, I gave her a bright smile, it was a nice one though.

We remained silent for another one minute, just spying on each other like teenagers falling in love for their first time, it was kind of awkward though.

Summoning the right courage as the man, I asked in a twisted tone what I wanted the most in the world right now

"Crunchy bear," I sweet talked her.

"Yes Nicholas," she answered.
