Calm Down

I loved every ounce of Megan, her fragile skin perched on my shoulder, her sweet fragrance hitting my nostrils made me hid my face even deeper into her hair.

"I love you, baby," I confessed.

She smiled as she nuzzled her face even further on my shoulder blade.

Her breath came sizzling on my skin, and I enjoyed it.

"My other half," she called out sweetly.

"Yes my better half," I replied, enjoying the sound of the new title on my lips.

"My legs are wobbly and they hurt so much," Megan confessed.

I knew this was a push for me to take another step, the issue is, I do not want to frighten her, I want each moment to be as special as the first considering the fact that she loves me so much already.

"Ohh! I am sorry honey, let me take you to the bed," I announced.

Carrying her effortlessly on my arm, bridal style, I made my way towards the bed.
