Looking at the unfamiliar mountains, Hai Bodong was astonished. "Young Master, I've heard that the Central Plains are vast, and people use space wormholes to travel. Did we just use a space wormhole?"

"A space wormhole shortens the journey but doesn't allow instant travel from one place to another," Xiao Tian explained with a smile. "This space gate is far more wondrous than any space wormhole!"

Indeed, his space gate could connect two different worlds, making it far superior to a space wormhole.

"Where are we now?" Hai Bodong asked.

"We're still within the Jia Ma Empire, near my family and Wu Tan City. The mountains nearby are the Magical Beast Mountain Range," Xiao Tian said.

Soon, Xiao Xun'er found Xiao Tian. She was initially very happy to see him after such a long time apart. But when she noticed Qing Tan and Qing Lin laughing and talking with him, she felt a pang of jealousy. However, she hid her displeasure well.

"Liu Xi," the third elder replied.

"Liu Xi?" Xiao Tian's eyes flashed with coldness. "Hai Lao, please go and take care of that so-called alchemist and the Jia Lie family."

"Yes," Hai Bodong nodded, then unfolded his Dou Qi wings and flew away.

"Dou Qi wings?"

"Is he a Dou Wang?" Xiao Zhan and the elders gasped.

"No," Xiao Tian said, shocking them further. "He is the renowned Ice Emperor Hai Bodong of the Jia Ma Empire!"

"What? Ice Emperor Hai Bodong?"

Xiao Zhan and the elders were stunned. They thought Hai Bodong was a Dou Wang sent to protect Xiao Tian. Who would have guessed he was a Dou Huang?
