A Victim's Emotions

For all those wondering why the stalker wasn't detained, there are a lot of factors as to why (which varies depending on country). This chapter mentioned a few.

Anyway, sometimes even when you can remove the perpetrator, a victim's emotional state is still very fragile. It's not easy to forget trauma, esp. that of being stalked and in worse cases, threatened or physically harmed.

As such, they deserve all our support!
