"We shouldn't bump into each other like this," Ava tells me. And stop talking when I narrow my eyes at her wondering if she was listening to us talking. She shakes her head and then nods.
Which is which Ava, were you eavesdropping, or did you just find yourself at the door?
"Brenda. Paranoid much." I hear my voice.
"Brenda," Ava called. When she catches my attention she informs me, "I wanted to inform Mr. Keys the car is ready."
"You are my dad's driver?" I ask and cover my mouth to avoid chuckling, "that is the dumbest question ever."
"Mmmh," Ava mumbled her eyes on my lips.
"I should go," I say and walk away.
As I head back to the kitchen all I think is, 'she is the driver, my dad is her photographer, which is which?'
I shake my head and push the question away, I have a full weekend ahead of me, I should do something fun instead of thinking about their relationship. Who is the employee and who is the employer?
