A Meet With Ava
"Mama, what the hell are you doing?" I ask with a frown on my face.
My father rushes in and pulls her up. I look outside and my father pulls me back in. "Can someone tell me what is going on?"
"The paparazzi are outside." My mother informs me with a frown look.
Why is she here?
Why is she not outside there giving them some juicy shit about our family? Hell, I am sure if she dares tell them the one girl who was the reason his son disappear is not even her daughter and all media will start running to her.
Isn't this what she wanted?
You know, the attention and all that?
Instead of asking her that, I announce, "I am leaving."
By the looks of things, today is that day which I should label as, "waste day."
I turn around and feel a tap on my back. "What is it?" I ask.
"The paparazzi outside." My mother states.
