Just like I was, Seth was surprised to hear what had just sprouted from my mouth. I didn't know anything about Dav's past but with the way Seth had folded his face, it was clear that it was the first time that he had heard something like that.
Without wasting a second, I rushed to the room, only to confirm that my words were true.
He turned his gaze to me, and then back to his brother.
"Why does he look like that? Did anything unusual happen?"
Quite a number of unusual things happened just that night. I finally kissed Dav but he didn't give me the reaction I had expected him to give out. When has it ever turned out that someone would actually faint because of a kiss? I knew that the fault was not for me but why do I have the feeling of guilt?
"Nothing, Seth. I kissed him, then this happened." I didn't fail to realize the widened eyes when I blurted out that I kissed Dav. He was my husband, there was nothing wrong if I kissed Dav.
