I watched as the lady served a portion of the meal to Gabriel before she placed mine right in front of me.
She said no word to anyone as the next moment, she dragged the trolley away while the two males followed suit.
My gaze was fixed at Gabriel, waiting for the moment he would lift the spoon. Well, the moment came; he lifted the spoon off the table and shoved it into the rice grain but before he could raise it to his mouth, my voice immediately rang in the dining hall.
"What are doing? Are you trying to hurt yourself?" My questions were enough to draw his gaze back to me. Not a second passed before he averted it back to his meal.
"And why do you care? You said you can never love me, so hurting myself should never be your business." He uttered so coldly that one would had thought he had just lost something very important.
