The Princess' Request.

I sighed as I bow my head on the balustrade of the balcony. I can feel it's coldness and the refreshing breeze of the wind in the morning. I think it's 7 o'clock in the morning and I have to woke up early to prepare for our breakfast.

My day yesterday wasn't so bad.

I even found out who saved me, and it turns out to be the Magician of the Tower.

Haha.

First of all, when was the Tower of Magic is involve in Alina's life?!

Sure, they're mentioned a few times. But since the story is about the love story of Amara and the Third Prince of Melinoe Empire, the Tower of Magic became unimportant. No, they weren't even needed to begin with, and they didn't want to involve themselves with the Imperial Family as well. 

I forgot the reason why. 

And who the heck is Abel? Maybe he was once mentioned in the book and I just don't remember about it? That just means he wasn't that important, huh? And how come the Magician is a little kid?! Hmm, well they can probably turn themselves into anything or anyone, huh? Dang it, magic really is amazing. 

"Your Highness,"I turned around to face Ryna. 

"Ryna!" I called happily as I start running towards her. Ryna had to go back to their home as per her parents' request. Her younger brother have a fever and the couple needs to be away for business, so there's no one to stay by the young lord's side, that's why Ryna was called back. Actually, there are the servants, but the young lord wanted to see his sister. What a sweet brother. 

Ryna's brother is Kafziel Laverde. In the novel, his parents suggested for him to get close to Amara and become her lover, but Kafziel didn't like Amara, and reasoned that he wants to focus on being a knight for the Empire. Their parents just let him do what he wants, since he's not the one destined to take the Count's throne anyway. He became Amara's knight though, but remained as a side character. Hmm...I think he pitied Alina too? Do I remember this correctly?

Oh, since he's Ryna's brother, maybe I can ask him to be my playmate? This is my third day in the Alphard Palace, and surely it's going to be tiring to deal with Alina's family. Yes, of course, specially Diellzain. 

"How's your little brother?" I asked. Throwing myself to her to give her a hug. 

"Unfortunately, he hasn't recover yet, Princess. I was supposed to stay there for three more days, because Mother and Father are staying in the West for four days," I tilt my head and pull away from her.

"Then, the reason Ryna is here?" She should be taking care of her little bro, why did she come back here just after a day?

"I am one of Your Highness' servants after all. I need to be there when Themis needed something for the Princess," Huh? Is that really necessary? I mean, it's not like I don't want her here. It's just, her brother needs here more. 

"Hmm...then, Did Dad told you to?" She shook her head. 

"The late Empress did," What? Are you for real? Even if the late Empress asked you to, you don't really have to obey that. What's more when she's not even here anymore.

No offense to the late Empress. But, I hope Ryna don't get bind with her orders.

"Hehe, Ryna really respect and love my Mom, huh? Then, don't you worry about that! I'm sure Mom will understand why you have to be away from me. Ryna needs to take care of her little brother! And please tell him that I send him my best wishes for his recovery!" Ryna looked at me with those widened eyes before giving me a soft smile.

"Thank you, Your Highness. I will definitely pass your message to him,"

Another day, another bonding with my brothers. We had picnic yesterday, and now we're at the Imperial Library. I don't even know why we're here. 

"Brother Heli, can I see that book?" I reached for Helios' hand and he immediately wrap his hand on my small hand. He turned his head to the book I pointed and he snatched it using telekinesis. Magic is really convenient.

"Thank you, Brother Heli!" I spread my arms in front of him and he bend his body to match my height, allowing me to give him a peck on his cheek. He smiled at me before ruffling my hair.

These past two days, my brothers has been tolerating my actions towards them. I don't know why, but I think I should work hard to make them like me. This was never in my plan, but since I've been spending my time with them it should be safe to try and get their hearts. They're acting like an actual brothers, though, so let's not stop them from doing it and just observe and figure out what their motives are. As well as to go along with their plays.

"Hmm, what book is that, Ali?" Aelius asked, taking a peek on the book cover. I showed him the book title, and I noticed that it's called 'The History of Odilia'. Wait, this is actually a good book to read. 

"Ohh, you want to know about our history now?" Diellzain asked. I giggled and nod my head. It's not like I wanted to read this, it's just the book my fingers pointed at coincidentally. 

"Since Brother Aeli and Big Bro Heli are still looking for some books, should we read this ourselves?" Diellzain asked. He even placed his hand on top of the book. 

The Diellzain I read in the novel is faaar more different than the one here in front of me. He don't look at Alina to her eyes, but this one looks directly into me as if he's looking just at me. 

"Yup!"

After we tell the big brothers that we're gonna read the book, Diellzain picked our seats, and then carried me to one of the chairs before sitting beside me. He was so careful when he carried and put me down to the chair. 

Oh, I remember something. 

"Brother, can I ask you something?" Diellzain smiled at me. Seriously, I can't get use to that smile. But, if I'm living with them, I need to get used on how gorgeous these people are and how beautiful their smiles are. Since I was only reading the book, I never knew their actual faces, but seeing them personally is freaking amazing. They're more gorgeous than the ones I imagined!

As for my question for him. 

"Can I have a playmate?" He creased his forehead. Confused, I see. 

"Ohh? Do our Princess gets bored playing with her big brothers?" Dang it, is he smirking at me right now? Is he going to slit my throat because I had the audacity to get bored when playing with them?!

"Nooo! But, but, Brother and Brother Aeli and Brother Heli are all Princes with duties, you can't stay together with me all the time, and I might get sad and lonely if I don't have a playmate..." I even pouted my lips as I lean my elbows on the table and place my chin on my palms while staring at the book in front of me. 

"Haha, Ali's worried about that? Well, you're right, and we absolutely hate to see our cute princess getting sad and lonely. However, do you have a person in mind which you can request to be your playmate?" He asked. I absolutely have in mind.

"Yes, brother. Uhm, it's Ryna's younger sibling!" I answered with huge smile on my face. 

"Huh...? You mean, Kafziel Laverde?" Wow, how come his face turned sour? Seems like he's not agreed to the idea. 

"Hm, is that his name?" He nod at me and sighed. 

"We'll have to ask brothers and Dad about that request of yours, little princess,"
