Boruto: Overpowered Ninja

This is a Boruto fanfic. I do not hate the series, but I do not agree with some aspects of it AT ALL. The series is...so-so - it's okay. Synopsis: What if you could change Boruto and make it a little better? What would you do? Will the MC live a free life and do as he pleases? Will he be a ruthless ruler? Will he intervene with the original story? Follow "him" in his journey to who knows what... I do not own Boruto at all and none of the characters only my OCs. I will try to create an amazing story with what is given and implement new ideas along the way. Also, I do not own the cover pic, I found it on google.

A Village - Part 2

At that moment, a memory came to his mind. He thought he had buried it deep within his mind - forgot it, even, but...no. It clawed its way from that deep dark trench where memories are supposed to fade, never to be seen again.

[A/N: Image]

His father's image overlapped with that of the old man. He gritted his teeth and his heart started to race, panicking.

Time stopped - in the background, he heard a yell of a child; his own voice. "Papa!"

Time turned back to normal, he let out a breath of relief.

He laid the woman on the ground near the old man; he was barely conscious.

"I'll help this small village and in return, all I need is a place to stay for today," he said. And with that, he moved back a little...

*Flashback End*

Ken made some hand seals and thought, "Wood Style: Wood Clone Jutsu."

54 wood clones sprouted from Ken and went to each of the houses in the village and to the people on the streets.

[A/N: There are six people on the dirt path including the woman Ken put down.]

The clones didn't barge into the homes, of course. They knocked on the door and said, "I'm here to help, move aside." Some of the homes didn't have doors on them only a piece of cloth covering the entrance, which some clones moved aside and said the same thing.

The people around didn't know what was happening nor did they care. Why would they? They have nothing else to get robbed of only their life, which they wanted to lose... Who would come and save them? Only a miracle could...

"No matter how many times I see that technique, it still amazes me, Master," said Ranga now wagging his tail, slowly.

"I know right, it still amazes me too," Ken said and then turned to Ranga. "...And I'm the one doing it," he finished with a chuckle.

Ranga smiled and nodded. Every time he saw his master's clone technique he always became mesmerized by it for two reasons: One, belly rubs given by all the clones at once. Two, whenever his master does this technique he can almost do anything with the clones...

Ken turned around and said, "Okay, let's do this."

He approached the old man and woman, extended both his hands towards them, and thought, "Wood Release: Palm Technique - Regeneration."

Wood vines extended from his palms and enveloped the two people before him forming a cacoon. Simultaneously, though, this was happening all around the village.

[A/N: Image]

Inside the cocoons, two vines stretched out from the inside towards the person. One rooted itself - quite literally - on the head and on the heart of the person, though in this case the person could be called a patient.

[A/N: Could this be a pun? Vines do tend to root in places... Also, try to picture the scene from "Avatar" where they're near the "Tree of Souls" trying to help transfer the woman's consciousness to the other body...]

Smaller vein-like vines stretched themselves out from the two main vines (brown in color) and started to cover the patient's whole body. This was all happening at a quick pace, and soon enough, the main two vines started emitting light that traveled through them into the smaller vein-like vines, which then traveled into the body...

Meanwhile, to the people watching from the outside - in this case, Ken and Ranga - nothing could be seen but a cocoon that had wrapped itself around the person (patient).

"There, it's done, "said Ken as he put his hands down.

"What did you do, master?" asked Ranga while he kept on wagging his tail a little faster, which threatened to stir up a small dust storm.

Kent turned towards Ranga and said, "To be honest, this technique is fairly new. All it is is me channeling chakra and a bit of life force - my life force..." As soon as Ken said those words Ranga's expression turned serious. Ken noticed this, but continued, "...through a vessel - in this case, a cocoon - and regenerating or 'healing' whoever is in the cocoon or cocoons."

Ranga stopped wagging his tail and looked Ken in the eyes. "Master, won't that weaken you and kill you?" asked Ranga, his voice carried a hint of concern.

He had known Ken or his master, as he calls him since he was a pup. He was always with him...up until a certain incident... He wouldn't want his master - no, his best friend to die so early on in their new life, their new journey, and their new story...

"Ranga...I'll be fine," stated Ken. Though he said this, Ranga's expression was still the same. He sat there, like a regular wolf with a serious expression.

[A/N: Image]

"Any life force I use I can replenish with an enemy or almost anything around me, though, to some certain extent. Nevertheless, I'll be fine," he explained to Ranga.

He approached Ranga and hugged him or tried to at least since he was 16.4 ft (5m).

"Soft," thought Ken as he rubbed Ranga's fur and then said, "Ranga, I'll never leave you alone again. It's a promise, okay?" said Ken to Ranga whose expression softened and threatened to tear up.

He had been alone for quite some time... Never alone, again? Yes, it was something he wanted.

"It's a promise, Master Ken," said Ranga as he placed his right paw on Ken's back and pressed him further into his fur, sealing their promise.

What was actually seconds felt like hours of hugging, but it was a hug that they both needed; a long-time missed warm hug from a friend, from a companion.

"That reminds me, would you mind shrinking down to your smaller form?" asked Ken. "We wouldn't want to scare the villagers when they emerge from the cocoons, right?"

"Oh, right. Yes, Master," replied Ranga as he let go of Ken and started to shrink...

"All done," stated Ranga now standing at a regular wolf's height (2.8 ft).

[A/N: Found the wolfs' height on Google]

Ken nodded and smiled towards Ranga.

*craaaAAAACKKKKK*

They both turned towards the noise. The cocoons were beginning to hatch...

*In Heaven*

"What the fuck!?" screamed Deadpool as he threw a popcorn bag towards a tv that was in front of him and god.

"Calm down, Wade," said god, calmly, towards Deadpool.

They were both sitting on the floor watching the tv.

"He's leaving us on a cliffhanger for god knows how long, heh," said Deadpool, adding emphasis on the last part.

"Who 'left us on a cliffhanger,' Wade?" asked god to Deadpool.

"The author. It's always the author. He said he was posting the second part 'soon' and that was the last time we heard of him or me, at least," answered Deadpool throwing his hands up in frustration.

["Ahem, moving on..." said the mysterious voice outside. "Wait, wouldn't this make a fourth wall break?" asked the mysterious voice...]

"See, the author knows I'm right! I heard him!" stated Deadpool as he pointed towards the sky and look at god, comically.

"You're just crazy, like always. Just keep watching the tv and calm down," said god to Deadpool as he turned towards the tv again. He really didn't want him here.

"Hey!" yelled Deadpool towards the sky.

"Shut it, you!" yelled god towards Deadpool as he turned around. "Go make us some more popcorn and bring us a couple of drinks, too," demanded god.

"But..."

"Nope."

"Wai—"

"Uh-uh. Just go," stated god with his thumb pointing behind him.

"Fine," responded Deadpool as he got up and started walking towards the now made kitchen. Though he turned and glared at the sky muttering, "I'll get you..."

[A/N: Okay, it's been a little while since I posted a chapter, but I've been busy with work. I have the chapters ready, but I'm afraid of not exactly going according to what the "Naruto series" stated in the anime and manga. Like I stated before, "...it's been a while since I've seen Naruto..." and, although I've researched the series again through the "Fandom," it's a little hard. And even though I can say "AU" here and there, it's always good to follow the rules stated in the original. I'll post them though, so be on the lookout!]
