He does not get into the academy but gets caught in the scandal of various nobles. Then he joins the revolutionaries to rebel against nobles but soon realises he can't give up his dream. Note: This novel is definitely not one of those cultivation type of books the MC is some OP dude, with girls flocking around him and the likes. cos it is simply not one of them. He makes lots of impulsive decisions and is understandably naive. He will only grow stronger as the novel progresses. So, if this doesn't look like what you prefer, at least do not post some annoying reviews. Thanks for understanding.

Chapter 73- Interviewing and Introducing.

"You are not from these parts, are you?" The man with the multicolored hair asked.

"No." Wilson answered.

"Are you a registered hunter?"

"No."

"Do you intend to become one?"

"I don't know."

"Do you intend to join us for this fight?" The angry twin asked. His face was still contorted in a deep scowl but his voice sounded less angry, making others realise that that was probably just how he looked.

"Yes." Wilson answered.

"What is your name?" He asked again.

"Wilson." Wilson answered.

All the hunters scrutinized him with their eyes.

"Okay then! One-eyed beasts are a large family of different types and species of animals with one eye each. They emit foul smell from their bodies and are able to see various kind of energies with their singular eyes. Some can see infrared lights, which is basically heat signatures, some could see the energy level of others and some of them, according to the great Jerry Chan, can even determine and share one's weak points with others by the various colors they see." He began to explain.

"Who is this Jerry Chan?" Wilson asked.

"What kind of animals are in this family?"Jim asked. The one with the multicolored hair jumped to answer. His face was lit in reverence as he answered.

"Jerry Chan-Tiger was a great hunter who spent years researching on various dangerous animals and documenting his discoveries. He wanted to ensure that hunters had sufficient information before going for a hunt. And he even ensured that these information was distributed across the whole wide world for free. He was still researching on the one-eyed beasts when he died. Just before he died, even as he was being torn into pieces, he sent a video of his most recent discoveries on the one-eyed beasts to the Hunters Association through the Tiger City network. His statue is the only one built inside every hall at every building belonging to the Hunters Association across the whole empire."

"Wow!" Everybody exclaimed.

"He is a role model to all hunters." He continued.

"According to him, any animal or beast that was naturally born with a single eye was naturally attracted to others of his ocular nature. They would migrate several hundred miles, if need be, till they reached the nearest group. Even beasts that were usually alone and had no sense of family always sought to join them because there was this natural sense of belonging with fellow beasts born with one eye. Kind of like how weird people will have a sense of belonging when among other weirdos. Or scientists among scientists. One-eyed beasts will only mate with other one-eyed beasts, regardless of whether they were of the same species or not. As long as they were enough similarities in genetic and bodily structure . That is why, there are all kinds of hybrid one-eyed beasts.

They have a strong sense of familial belonging, even stronger than wolves and they have the best telepathic connection of any animals or beasts and the males would go to any length to protect their women, kids and leader. They are in many ways, better than us human beings." He finished with a sigh.

"So, with all this information, do you still want to join us?" The gentle twin asked with a smile. As if he did not hear a thing of what the spiked multicolored-haired man said, Wilson answered immediately with a yes.

"Did you even listen to Lee's lengthy textbook explanation?" The scowling twin asked. Lee was the man with the multicolored hair.

"Yes." Wilson answered instantly.

There was not a single sound for a while, until a busty female hunter with average looks spoke up.

"This is a bad idea. We are already at a disadvantage and now we want to add a kid who is still vastly driven by his hormones." "Lesser numbers and an inexperienced kid to boot?" A muscular man with balding grey hair and a grey bandana asked.

"It does sound like a bad idea." A pretty woman who looked like she was in her early thirties and had an almost flat chest agreed.

"I don't know. He gives a slight aura. Like he has killed before. And I'm not talking about just one, two or three." A dark skinned man in dark sunglasses said.

The team began to ask questions one after another.

"You have killed?"

"Yes." Wilson answered. Jim looked at him.

"People?"

"Yes."

"How many?"

"I don't know!" Wilson answered with a shrug.

"Have you hunted before?"

"Yes."

"Where?"

"I don't know."

"Why don't you know?"

"I had no choice but to hunt to feed." Wilson said.

"Why are the both of you looking so tattered?" The scowling twin asked. Jim jumped to answer.

"That's because we had to escape from a snow tiger twice."

The hunters looked on themselves and the whole crowd burst into laughter. Impossible, how could anyone escape from a snow tiger? Apparently, snow tigers had been mystified in recent years due to their increasing rarity and difficulty in hunting.

"You?"

"Yes. We were almost tiger lunch twice." Wilson said. The crowd roared in laughter again. What a great joke.

"They are telling the truth." A man in the crowd said. Everybody turned to glance at him. He was dressed in shirt and jeans with a furry raccoon coat on top that reached his ankles.

"Really?" The busty lady asked in shock. He nodded. The whole crowd began to murmur. The hunters were curious and wanted to know more.

"Do you know how to use a gun?" The scowling twin did not care for all that and continued to interview Wilson.

"No."

"Sword?"

"No."

"Knife?"

"A little."

"What weapon do you specialise in?"

"My fists."

"Any abilities?"

"I don't know."

"What do you mean you don't know?"

"He is not sure if he has awakened or not." Wilson hesitated so Jim answered on his behalf.

"I want you to know that you will be on your own. Whether you live or die will be on you. Are you really fine with that?"

"Yes." Wilson answered unhesitatingly. Jim looked at him in shock and pondered on whether or not he should join them or not.

'Nope. I did not escape from a dastardly beast like the snow tiger to risk my life for these people.' He thought, looking around at the crowd filled with gossipping idiots and cowardly hunters.

The scowling twin's face relaxed a little and introduced himself; "I am Joel, that is Josh, my twin brother."

"Busty. Nice to meet you." The busty lady said.

"I am Lee." The young man with the spiky, multicolored hair said.

"Zoey." The flat chested, middle-aged woman introduced herself.

"I'm King, That's Kong." The black skinned man with the bandana said. Kong was the muscular grey haired man with sunglasses on.

"Name's Song." The man that had confirmed that Wilson was speaking the truth spoke after keeping silent for a while.

"I am Wilson. Nice to meet you all."
