Note: This novel is definitely not one of those cultivation type of books the MC is some OP dude, with girls flocking around him and the likes. cos it is simply not one of them. He makes lots of impulsive decisions and is understandably naive. He will only grow stronger as the novel progresses. Chapter 127- What Goes Around Comes Around.

While Larry and Ruthless fought in Ruthless' room, a different kind of mayhem ensued all over the city. People were fighting and dying in all corners of the city. The law enforcers were being attacked by a larger group of people who kept chanting and yelling 'Down with the Monarchy!' even though they most likely did not even understand the meaning.

In general context, they were just a group of rebels revolting against the power and hierarchy system in the city. They were tired of being treated like shit and most of them only wanted to live simple, happy lives without having to bow down to anyone or shiver in fear when the police passed by. All because of a small number of rich, wicked people who hoarded all the power, knowledge and muscles and killed without remorse.

It was a bloody day in the history of Forest City. All kinds of guts and body parts filled the streets. Houses and people, innocent or otherwise, burned. Some others were frozen, cut apart or even stomped on or torn apart by tamed beasts and mounts.

And while all these went on, the elders of Forest City - Principal Cobain, Baldy, Agnes, among others - and their families (if they had any), met together at the Wrestling Academy devoid of students (all the students were away on a trip for Capital City in preparation for the wrestling competition).

They all sat or paced about nervously. Some little children and those with frail hearts began to cry. It irritated Principal Cobain to no end, especially when the older women began to cry as well.

"All elders to my office now." He said with much restraint.

Agnes was the first to enter the Principal's office even before the Principal Cobain and others could step forward towards the place. She literally poofed into the office.

"You look more irritated than all of us put together." Baldy said to Agnes, with a short nervous laugh.

He got no response. All the elders quietly sat down and waited till Principal Cobain had locked and secured his office with a defensive energy shield generator that also doubled as a sound-proof. Ideal for him. He looked at the only two elders who had brought their large family mainly consisting of children, their children's spouses and their grandchildren. He looked at them with ill-hidden anger.

"Go and shut those your idiotic descendants up before I do so myself." Agnes spoke up, earning the hateful glare of those concerned.

"You don't speak to me like that, old hag." One of the two said. His eyes poring in to her as if he was trying to see through her disguise.

"What did you just call me?"

"He called you an old, ugly, pointed-nose, sub-human hag." The other person spoke. She obviously had never liked Agnes but was too scared to speak up against her. After all, all the information they had managed to get about Agnes had all been nothing more than rumors. No one knew enough to separate the truth from falsehood. And the unknown was always scary.

Agnes cackled and suddenly shrieked in an uncharacteristic high-pitched tone. It affected all the elders' ears alike but for the two who just insulted her looks, they had it worse. Their ears bled and they groaned as they hit the ground and covered their ears as much as they could.

Principal Cobain looked at the two groaning and bleeding on the floor and looked back at Agnes. Agnes stopped.

"There's no need to stop. Ruthless and his men should be dead by now." She said.

Baldy's ears were still ringing but he was close enough to Agnes to hear her.

"What?" He stood up, surprised. "You killed Ruthless?"

"Yes. He was planning to attack us today. Our best bet is that his men outside in the city, who are not with him are the ones attacking our men on the streets.

"Why would he do something like that?" Baldy asked.

Cobain shrugged and sat on his chair behind his desk and pulled on the drawers. Agnes answered.

"He's greedy, that's why." She said with hatred. Even her witch face mask could not hide the hate and spite from visibly showing on her face. Baldy looked at her, then at the two elders on the floor still groaning and covering their ears in pain. Then he looked at Cobain, still searching for something in his drawers. Lastly he looked at the sound proof energy shield covering the entire office and at Agnes who was staring at him.

'Shit!' He cried in his head and five talismans immediately appeared on each of his hands. He leaped backwards and threw all the talismans at the same time. Five at Agnes, Five at the principal of the Academy.

Baldy landed behind the sofa he was sitting on and another ten talismans appeared in his hands. He looked at his victims and saw them casually looking at him while playing with the talismans. The shock he felt went beyond what was describable. He looked at the talismans in his hands and realized they had no glow to them. The glow was never noticeable at first glance. One had to concentrate hard on them to notice the glow which was a characteristic sign on all talismans that they were active.

He tried to activate them but to no avail. He looked at Cobain in even more shock. He looked above him at the glowing energy shield and as he squinted his eyes, he realized that the glowing lines and patterns wee actually minuscule inscriptions among which he finally realized a good number of them were meant to deactivate any talismans in the vicinity.

"Shit!"

He looked below him and saw a patterned circle with inscriptions. He tried to move but realized he was rendered immobile.

"Shit!" He yelled as he watched Agnes stomp on the heads of the groaning elders who dares to call her old and ugly. They bled to death while Baldy watched, horrified. Even though he had betrayed a great number of people in his lifetime, never did he even consider the possibility of him being betrayed.

"You Fucking Traitors!" He yelled with indignation, spittle flying out his mouth.

Agnes looked at him and sneered. "What goes around, comes around, Baldy."

And with that said...

*BOOM*

Poor old Baldy exploded into pieces, his talismans unaffected as they slowly floated in the air for a little while before landing on the remaining pieces of him.
