Luna Pov
My hair was no more messy curls. I went to the salon yesterday and got it straightened . With the curls it reach half of my back so just imagine how it looks as it's straight. I stood in front of the mirror and analised myself... I wore a red clup top with a short back skirt. I spiced it up with a gold necklace and a gold boot.. it was time for my make up. I went through a hell of tutorial yesterday on YouTube and I was ready to try it. Since I was a nerd I learnt faster... I applied the eyeliner before the mascara . My eyes look catty .. then I applied a red lipstick on my lips before spicing up the edges with black. I took my huge spectacle and smiled. " Bye bitch" and I broke it. I'm a new Luna. Watch as I brighten everywhere...I headed to the to the dining room and sat down. My siblings too rushed in to sit but as they saw me they looked hypnotized.
"Where is my sister and what have you done to her" Shelly said in a high tone and it made my parents come to see what she was talking about.
"Wow Luna, honey you look wow ,the dress brings out your purple eye " my mom spoke and I smiled.
" Thanks Mom ,I should get going class starts at 8" I said and she nodded. Before rushing out I ate a little. I was walking in pride . Most guys tried to hit on me but I showed them no attention. I did all this because of one male and he only would get my hatred attention... Thani Thani, hope you are ready for what's coming your way. I said in a dangerous tone........
Thanatos Pov
Dylan and I were on our way to school when someone tweeted " New student arrival. She's too hot " I practically read it on his phone because I wasn't on Twitter. Ping his phone rang again. The tweet was from a girl"#hot guy Thanatos appeared yesterday. He's so dreamy . And now #hot girl wants to steal him away from us..it's painful because I'm so in love with him" I chuckled by her statement and so did Dylan. I watched my outfit and remembered how Luna was smiling towards it.
"I would never find her attractive if she isn't Luna" ops I said that out loud because Dylan watched me in shock.
" Luna, The brainiac Luna . The ner.... I mean that girl" why is he addressing her like that.
" Yes her and she's the most beautiful woman on planet.. don't address her as that girl. She's a fucking human being man" he lowered his gaze and nodded before speaking
"I know she's beautiful Thani . She was the first person I noticed the first time I entered the class. Her purple eye caught my attention. I'm just surprised with your looks you picked her. People like you go for older girls or super models" he said while smiling .i laughed as I covered my face with my hand concerning his statement. We saw the view of the school getting closer as the car haulted . .... When we stepped out the students came surrounding us like a paparazzi.. So this is what being rich and hot feels like. Even guys were admiring . I looked like a role model. our heads we're high and we walked inside the school to the class. The class was full and they stared at us. but a certain voice caught my attention...
" You are late" it was Luna voice and it came from the door. I turned to watch her and so did Dylan.. both of us began to cough at the sight...
" Miss are you trying to seduce us" Dylan roared with confusion. I agreed with him and shook my head while pointing at her. She smiled broadly.
" Oh Dylan , how would I do such an outrageous deed. I'm just a simple girl living a simple life " she was smirking seductively...
"You look familiar , remind me where I know you " he hid his confused look and stayed straight face... She was still smiling but it turned into laughter. A bitter laughter... and she came closer to him and was about to touch his face but I pulled her away ..... Dylan looked pissed but he didn't express on his face but I knew.
"She is Luna. She just did a make over" the whole class gaspe in realization , same applies to Dylan as his eye widened.
"Luna, spectacle Luna" he still asked unsure if she was the one.
"Yes Luna .it's me" I don't know why Dylan was fustrated .
"But how, why did you change " he looked pissed.
" Shhhhhh tsk tsk tsk you seem too troubled. Is it because you never noticed my existence or you noticed but saw no importance because you thought I was ugly, I know how you feel now. You are regretting for making that conclusion earlier" she was now teasing him.Dylan had a disappointed face. He had told me earlier that he found her attractive .I still had my tongue tied. All I did was move but I couldn't speak and she noticed and said nothing.... We took our seat ..... Through out the class I saw her eyes glancing at me at each chance she got and that's when I understood what was happening I started laughing while looking at her...... Because she feels I hate her and don't find her attractive she's trying to prove me wrong.... I laughed again and laughed . Everyone was staring and girls were sighing dreamily but the guys looked confused. Even our female lecturer looked at me with lust.... Luna looked confused too because she saw my gaze directed to her ...... Then we got destructed by a teacher.he brought information.
"Sorry Mrs but I need to borrow one of your students, Thanatos your father is here to see you". ...
" What .. my what.. " I wasn't expecting this ever....
"Oh sorry it's actually your both parents" he said again with a smile... I was getting worried now. Where they imposters
" Come in Mr Howard and Mrs Mecines" this where their names. As they entered the class my eye first landed on my mom.. she looked human like and I guessed Old lady May had something to do with it. Then I moved my gaze to the person beside her. He had my red her but it wasn't as wierd looking like mine.plus his eyes were brown and not Golden red like mine.....
Dylan Pov .
I know Thani mom is dead but she stood there full of life with a man who resembled Thani but was no where close to his looks only the hair.... They both smiled looking at him. The most shocking news was that his dad was Howard April. The trillionaire. He was extremely rich and my mom worked in his company to become a billionaire... Everyone was out of breath then finally Thani stood up with the most deadly mood . He was walking toward them and before existing he linked his finger to them like the boss to follow him.. I was extremely worried and I saw same on Luna's face..... She came to my chair and tapped me.
"I ahh I was wondering if you can get us out of here to know what's happening.. " she said looking down . I just nodded and formed a silly excuse and we were out there in no time.........We looked for them but found nothing.so we went outside to the back of the school. That was when we heard a woman scream . We rushed and saw Thani had grabbed the man who claim to be his father by the neck and was squeezing the life out of him.
"You will never be my father. You multreated my mom and she died. All because of you" he was squeezing while speaking.. " how does it feel now, years ago you did same to her" he said pointing toward his dad. His mom however was begging him to stop. Then Luna and I witnessed something supernatural... White steam came from the man's body and began to enter Thani mouth... It was as if Luna knew what he was doing because she runned out and hugged him so tightly from behind.....his grip left the man's neck and he spoke softly.
"Luna, what are you doing here.please leave I don't want to hurt you. My anger is too much".
"You won't hurt me Thani .. I just know you wont." And she was hugging him even tighter. His nerves calmed down ... I'm surprised she wasn't scared . instead she embraced him. She was in love with him.. the thought made me chuckle loud for Thani to feel embarrass . He was blushing.
"Your name is Luna" a woman voice spoke and we turned to her directly. She was Thani mom. She stared directly into Lunas eyes and fear washed her. She looked scared ...
"Please don't hurt my son. He's innocent. I'm the one who broke the dead covenant. You can punish me for bringing myself to life . Just don't hurt thani" Luna wanted to speak but nothing came out. I thought for a while before realizing what was happening.
"Mrs Mecines she isn't Luna the moon goddess. She was just named Luna because she fancied the moon" I said frankly but she shook her head in disagreement ..
"She is Luna. I can sense it . The spirit in her is powerful and dangerous. She is calm and beautiful but her spirit is fierced . thani must feel it too. He should at least show some hatred for her without him knowing. If that ever happened it because he sensed her dangerous spirit" she said firmly...Luna was still confused and she looked at the woman like she was turning mad. Thani how ever was silent and in a trance thought.....
He wrapped his arms around her and pecked her cheeks. That seems to calm her down...
"Luna as human or Luna as a goddess.she is still my Luna" and he buried his face in her neck. His mom watched them in silence before smiling. This was pure love she saw and she was happy... Then she signalled me to come closer..
"Keep an eye on her Dylan. They might be in love but my thani is death himself and she is extremely more than that. She can give and take life. She doesn't know who she is yet but when she finds out please protect my Thani. Her mission is to kill him" she said in a sob. Kill him. This is bad...
