6: Domination

"What the hell are you doing you dumb GK!" "Shut the hell up I'm usually a Forward you idiot!"

After my goal team Y were all over each other, if their kits weren't the same you would have thought they were 100 year rivals.

"Hey Zach you bastard you stole my goal!" Said the idiot in googles who was incredibly ticked off. "You shouldn't be one to talk Zangestu!" Reo Retorted.

The two then kept on bickering as I made my way back to the defense. Nagi had managed to pawn of his defense role to be a goalkeeper so he kept me company.

That's when I watched the absolute obliteration of team Y. It first started with a beautiful solo goal by Reo which was then met with a wonder strike from Zantetsu, it kept going back and forth until it was 5 nil with Reo scoring a hat-trick.

After celebrating in front of Zantetsu he made his way back to me and Nagi resting on the nets.

"Ehhhhh! Nagi when did you get to be a goalkeeper!!" Though Nagi shifted the noise out. Then almost like I saw a lightbulb tick off in Reo's head he gave Nagi the push he needed.

"Hey Nagi you know if you score 3 goals you get your phone back. And with your phone back you can play all the games you want."

"Hmmmmm, why not just use your points and get it for me?" Nagi said with a confused face. "You dumb! I want my phone back, come on man where's your passion for football! Where's your Ego!"

Getting up Nagi said, "Hmmm, all this stuff about Ego is really tough, but I do want my phone back, hey Zach could you play goalkeeper till I score the goals," "Sure."

Then the two stormed off, all I could think off was the time I faced them, they where still the same. Hopefully they'll stay like that.

I'd never played goalkeeper before but from what I hear it's pretty enjoyable, but can get lonely. I was left by myself with my thoughts racing. Right now the way I've been acting is pretty carefree, I've been moving without a goal in mind or purpose. Currently if what ego said is true, there are still players that are better than me. What happens when I face them, I need to be ready. I need a goal that'll motivate to outperform everyone, just like when I was a kid in the academy. I was motivated to grow past my fathers name. I need a new objective... become the worlds best, no that's dreaming to low, I'll become the greatest player in history!. That's my goal, I'll join La Real, win the champions league, then the world cup, then the Ballon d'or.

I'm sure it won't be easy, but I'll do exactly what I came to blue lock to do, I'll use this place as my stepping tool that'll make me even better! I even have my first goal in order, crush the new gen 11!

{REO POV}

"Get ready you super elite!! I'm gonna crush you!!"

Charging in at me was the number 9 of team Y, he tried to use a roulette to get around me though I was able to read his movements, so I put in a tackle that released the ball from his feet.

Then I pounced it on it taking it to feet before noticing Nagi sprinting upwards ready to receive my pass.

"The rest is up to you genius!"

{NAGI POV}

Just three goals, if I score three goals the phone is mine again.

Though sprinting by his side where Zantetsu and Niko both tracking him from behind having the intention of getting the ball.

Though Nagi proceeded to do something extraordinary, putting a stop to his running he turned around to chest the ball in mid air, Niko thinking he had him pinned turned around.

"I hope your watching Zach." Then he struck the ball with such venom using a bicycle kick that the GK couldn't get a finger to it.

{ZACHARY POV}

"Damn that was crazy! It reminded me of the move I used in tag to get Zantetsu. This kid really copied me" Though I was a good teammate so I ran up to him and congratulated him.

"Ultra genius Nagi!!!" Reo was jumping on his shoulders full of excitement.

"That was crazy lazy genius!" I said, it really was something.

"Ah, the world is really unfair. Geniuses like you three get to succeed at everything, when people like me are always stuck looking up to you." Niko said, the world truly was unfair. They say all people are born equal, but is that really the case, from birth your genetic code dictates who your gonna be. Babies are from in all different shapes and sizes. Some bigger whilst some smaller. So is it really fair to say they are equal?

Nagi then proceeded to score his remaining goals, life as a GK was pretty boring so sometimes I'd go up into the midfield and crush some chances.

But the game had now ended 9-0 to team V with Nagi and Reo scoring hattricks Zangetu scoring a brace and me with one goal though I was a tank in midfield.

{EGO POV}

"Wow team V really is something, in all honesty they look like one of the best team in blue lock." Said Anri.

"Hm, the main 4 are what holds this team up." "Nagi, Reo and Zachary especially they truly are unpolished gems."

"Though only one will remain."

{TEAM V ROOM}

Nagi had used his goals to get his phone back and was straight back in action with his phone, I kinda miss mine. Maybe I should have scored more goals.

Reo was struggling over the futons, for a rich boy like him he wasn't used to this type of stiffness, I could feel him on that, they felt no different than sleeping on the ground. They kept on asking for a Ba-ya to rescue them, no clue what that is.

{CAFETERIA}

It was time for some food, though I was met with some bad news, I had fallen quiet a lot of places, I was now 224 instead of 222, Nagi and Reo took those spots spot.

I was kinda pissed but to tired to do anything about it, but Reo had managed to save the day by doing a food auction. I wasn't to interested in giving away my food but the scene of others struggling was nice.

Reo looked like an evil genius getting all different kinds of food, though I minded my business and ate till I was satisfied.

I managed to finish my meal then I headed straight to the bath, but unfortunately Nagi was there soaking.

"Yo." "Yo"

I removed my clothes then went in.

The water was heavenly, though I was worried about my hair so tied it up.

"Your good you know Nagi." Turning to me he looked at me.

"I'm sure if you where at the City academy with me you would have dominated, maybe even been called up a few time. They value attacking talent more."

"I don't know, I heard academy life especially at a big one like Manshine City would be a massive pain. I'm not interested."

I couldn't hold back my snicker, he's the only guy I know that would refuse a chance at a big academy like that. Truly a weird guy.
