With the sound of the buzzer, the match came to an end as the still standing contenders who had made it past the first phase made their way off the stage.
"Well, that was just beautiful" Martin said with a cheeky smile, "it's time to find out who the next lucky contenders are"
On saying this the big screen began to show numbers randomly generated by the system. My number was 217, Grey was 218, Enri was 219.
I was watching the screen when my number came appeared on the screen. Taking a deep breath, I stood up from my seat;
"looks like it's time for me to fight" I said nervously as I looked at Coach Michael.
"Don't disappoint me" coach Michael simply replied, while Grey and Enri just simply gave thumbs up with wide smiles.
"You guys don't have to look so happy" I said looking at Grey and Enri, just as I was about to leave I was stopped by Zhao Han.
