As Elise paused to contemplate whether the Demonic Beast before her had intelligence or not, the werewolf took the opportunity to lunge at her in her exposed state. Elise was forced to reawaken from her contemplative state of mind in order to dodge the claws that aimed right at her neck.

'No, Elise, focus!' Elise continued to dodge the attacks that came her way while creating distance between the two of them.

'This thing clearly is showing signs of intelligence. The fact it dropped a part of a building on my army to destroy it instantly, how it chose to stop attacking my shield and switch to destroying the floor beneath it to offset my balance, and how it just tried electrocuting me by dropping electric wires into the water below. No normal Demonic Beast would do that.'
