Sacrifice Mark

After thinking and resting for a while, they decided to go back to reading the book.

(The scene began with the swordsman lying in the dungeon. Obviously the swordsman had been tortured a lot. In the drawings there were cut skins, a whipped back and fingers with the nails removed.

Puck started to explain why he had come, but the swordsman didn't seem to be listening.

The swordsman said, "Why did you come here?"

Puck, "To return the favor, of course", "An elf never returns a favor."

Puck slowly approached the swordsman's wound, "Now let me see what I can do."

Just as he was about to touch the wound, the swordsman shouted.

Kushina said, "I think Puck is the most normal being where they are. But the guy's phobia of touch really comes from something I think."

Kushina said, "Minato, where are the elves? I think we should adopt an elf?"

Minato said, "I'm not sure, but it's a possibility. Places we've never seen, weapons, demons and elves, if there were such things, at least we would have heard of them."

What Minato said made sense to them too. But the existence of a new world was enough to scare them. It was even more terrifying if that world was a place where demons could even become lords.

The elf started asking one question after another, "What stamp, what does it do, whose stamp is it, who gave it to you?"

Guts said, "You talk too much, but you will soon see what it is for."

"They're coming to burn this town down and kill me anyway."

Puck, "Are you talking about the men from Fort Koka?"

Puck realized something and said, "Then are you going to use the whole town for your own purposes?"

Guts, "What do I care about the townspeople?", "My goal is to get that man out of his castle."

"It's the powerless losers who get caught in the middle of our battle and die."

Puck's ability to feel emotion was unintentionally activated. The swordsman's emotions flowed through him.

Puck felt rage, sadness and fear. They were so intertwined that perhaps they dated back to his childhood.

This time Guts couldn't contain himself and burst out laughing.

Guts was silenced by the elf flying into his jaw.

Guts, "Why did you do that!???" Guts looked angrily at the elf and saw that the elf was crying.

The elf flew away.

Guts could only shout after him. "Hey", "Wait!!!"

Guts, "Why did we do that?" Guts seemed sad to be alone. He seemed to regret being mean to the elf. Then he noticed the keys on the ground that the elf had brought. After seeing this, he seemed even more angry with himself. He didn't realize that he tore his arm skin while he was thinking.

Suddenly the brand on Guts!'s shoulder started bleeding. Guts looked at the blood on his fingers and started laughing, then he licked his bloody finger and said, "I've been waiting for this.")

Kushina noticed that this man named Guts was wearing a mask. Maybe the hokage and Minato had noticed it too, but she knew better because she wore a similar mask herself.

As a person from outside the village and a kab for the kyuubi, he was isolated from society. But like Guts, Kushina's mask was not cold. Her mask was to act tough. She didn't ignore wrongs done to her, she fought back. This behavior earned him the nickname "The Red-Hot Habanero".

Minato said, "I think Guts sacrificed the whole town for his cause. But we don't know why."

Hiruzen, "That alone is enough for us to execute him, but the Guts we read about is younger than the Guts in our hospital. Maybe in the future he will change his heinous behavior or at least have a rational explanation for what he did."

Minato, "If he only has an issue with the castle lord and sacrifices the whole town for it, I really think we should execute him, Hokage-sama."

Kushina still looked pensive. It was as if she was seeing herself through Guts. Here was another human being who looked as if he had been through something worse than what he had been through. But sacrificing the whole town was too much for her.
