Sometimes I wonder what my mortal life was like, did I live an easy life or was there nothing but trauma and pain? Was I a perfectionist or was I constantly making mistakes? Was I close with Evangeline or did we have a terrible relationship? Sometimes it feels as though the Moon Goddess decided to give me another chance at having a purpose in this life, to find meaning and yet maybe I was making the same mistakes as I was before, maybe this is a constant circle I keeping going around and reaching the same outcome.

/"Ava you're thinking hard, what are you thinking about?/" Zachary asked next to me.

He got up from the bed after a moment of silence as he walked towards the bathroom while I sighed and turned onto my stomach, stuffing my face into the pillow.

I heard Zachary walk back towards me as the bed dipped in from his weight and he gently placed his hand on my back.
