Chapter 14

Nadia tried to ignore her as she normally does but this time it was as if she came prepared and planned with the bus not to take this route. Monica couldn't stop laughing and teasing her, she looked up and saw a familiar figure but wasn't sure but she looked closely and saw Ethan's confidant, Roy, walking towards her, she was happy and at the same time confused, she couldn't help but ask.

"What are you doing here, Roy?" She asked wondering because just came out of the blue when she needed him. Was Ethan having her followed?

"Ma'am, the bus would take a while, come join Mr. Welsh," he says ignoring her question. She looked around and saw a vehicle parked on the roadside. The expensive vehicle made Monica widen her eyes.

She didn't want to join Ethan but if she allowed him to leave, Monica would eat her raw. She had to swallow her pride and get rid of Monica, she followed Roy to walk toward the car.
