Chapter 64: Ivy and Raymond

" How the hell did you not know that the lady you are in love with is a best friend to Gavriel's secretary, I just can not bring myself to believe that you have known a lady and now you do not know her best friend and you do not even know anything about her, like did she not tell you anything? How is it possible that you are finding out about it now, that is insane " Ivy said non chalantly.

" What do you mean by that?? We have not talked about those things and we barely know each other, she does not even know about my feelings for her then how am I supposed to know her best friend is Gavriel's secretary, though I came here earlier today and met with Tina, I would not have known Gavriel's secretary, so please do not put the blame on me " Raymond said trying to normalize his anger.

How could Ivy of all people say such a thing? that is so abnormal.

" As of Nicole, how it happened was that we were discussing and immediately she received a call then she wanted to leave in a hurry and I could not leave her to go just like that and one her own since it was very late, so I decided to go with her for her safety and then she drove straight here, when I asked her if she drove to the right place she said yes, that this is where her best friend works and then it dawned on me that Gavriel's secretary is the best friend she talked about, but that is not the issue " Raymond added and Ivy stared at him.

" So if that is not the issue, then what is the issue?, tell me so I would know if I can help " Ivy said.

" I am certain you would not be able to help, I am getting scared now and goose bumps are forming in my skin, I do not have an idea why " Raymond said as he felt his skin tighten up and goose bumps filled all over his body.

" Then what is the issue, tell me!? " Ivy literally screamed as her voice cracked.

Even at the fact that Gavriel was doing things that were not right, it did not change the face that they were siblings, she is his sister and he is her brother, all she hope for was that he should be safe, it would not be a good thing that she was there and her brother got hurt, she was going to save him from any harm coming his way.

" The thing is that Nicole is not the type of person to joke with her words, when she says she would get something done, she would definitely do it, nothing is going to stop her and now she says that heads must roll and she means it, she says that either Gavriel kills her or she kills Gavriel, one must happen, so.. what are we going to do now?
