The Second Time

"Axel, where are you taking me? Can we walk slowly?" Anna asked complaining.

"Anna, please come with me for a bit." Axel asked. He kept pulling Anna's hand impatiently.

"Hey, son, where are you taking my daughter?" Roberto asked as they passed him. Roberto is still hanging out with Alice's parents and Axel's parents.

"Robert, he's my son. His name is Axel." James explained.

"Greetings, Uncle Robert. Excuse me, may I ask Anna out for a moment? There's something I want to talk to her about. It's important." Axel said asking Permission.

"Oh, you... are Anna's adopted brother? Yes, go. But remember to drop Anna home before it gets late." Roberto said.

'Adoptive older brother?' Said Axel doesn't like that name. But he had to widen a smile in order to maintain politeness.

"Fine, Uncle. I'll remember to take her home before it's too late." Axel agreed.

"Okay, Axel. Go."

"Then excuse us, Uncle. Thank you."
