To be honest I did think George was kind of pathetic. to give himself up to a stranger just so that someone else could smile, some would call him a hero or a gentleman but I called him pathetic. he could have any woman he wanted but he wanted the one woman who did not want him.

I guess the heart wants what it wants. The man was rich, handsome, smart and well-mannered. it was a shame. it was a shame that opposite terms attract and similar terms repulse. I honestly had no idea what he saw in that woman.
