Chapter 9: Encephalon

If they were high leveled monsters it was possible for them have such high intelligence but for low level monsters like skeletons it was extremely rare.

Wang Cheng had to find and kill the monster who was controlling the skeletons otherwise it would be extremely difficult for Wang Cheng to complete the dungeon.

There was a chance the monster could control other monster too and if that was the case it would cause massive headache to Wang Cheng. A coordinated attack is far more dangerous than angry mobs trying to kill you.

Wang Cheng noticed a rock and retreated. After retreating he suddenly started to run towards them. The skeleton archers started firing arrows, Wang Cheng dodged the arrows jumped using the rock. The skeleton archers quickly fired arrows and being in air Wang Cheng couldn't doghe the arrow, and one of the arrows injured his left hand. Wang Cheng ignored the pain and landed in the middle of their formation. Wang Cheng immediately attacked the archers and instantly killed one of them.

The Sword skeletons immediately surrounded Wang Cheng and attacked him. With the skeletons surrounding him it was difficult for the skeleton archers to target him which made Wang Cheng easier to fight. Even so the skeleton archers continued to fire arrows most of the time hitting their friend but arrows were ineffective against skeletons.

Shortly after the battle ended and Wang Cheng looted the things they dropped.

Wang Cheng wore the leather armor and ignored other two times as they were completely useless to him. He was hoping to get the shield but the items he was hoping, disappeared with the body. Wang Cheng was quite disappointed, but he continued on.

The deeper he went the dangerous it became. As Wang Cheng was walking he noticed something was looking towards him, but he acted like nothing happended and walked with a sword in his hand.

After walking for some time he stopped and turned back, "Don't play hide-and-seek with me" and from the shadows appeared goblins.

The goblins had dagger in their hands and had scars in their body. They were not normal goblins. The goblins charged towards Wang Cheng.

Wang Cheng stood like pillar and used his Skill: Blood lust.

Wang Cheng quickly charged at the goblins and with their stats being reduced they were no match for Wang Cheng. They dropped two items and Wang Cheng started to examine them.

Description: This dagger is commonly used by the goblin. It is very cheap to buy]

After killing some monsters he reached a huge door. When Wang Cheng opened the door he realised he was in a bedroom, and there was a woman waiting for him.

The woman's beauty couldn't be described by words it was as if a goddess had descended from the heavens. Wang Cheng looked at the woman and approached her. The woman slowly took off her clothes showing her snow like skin. The woman smiled and Wang Cheng's little brother couldn't help but feel aroused.

The woman slowly hugged and kissed his cheek. Wang Cheng slowly tried to kiss her in her lips, and the women also closed in to kiss him.

There lips were about to meet eachother but the woman coughed blood, she looked at Wang Cheng and trembled, "Why??"

Wang Cheng coldly looked at her and replied "Do you really think I will fall off such a trick??" and continued to stab her.

Suddenly Wang Cheng awakened from the illusion and saw a giant disgusting brain. The brain had two giant eyes and was disgusting even more than goblins. The monster brain looked at Wang Cheng and said "I thought humans wouldn't hesitate to obtain the thing they wanted the most"

Wang Cheng examined the monster and noticed something, "Do you think I desire her??"

The monster laughed and shouted "Every human are greedy and including you. The illusion just displayed your greediness"

Wang Cheng sighed and charged towards the brain monster but four knights appeared.

The four knights were unlike the monster he had encountered. They were wearing iron armor and gave deadly aura.

Wang Cheng retreated and looked at the Death Knight waiting for opportunities.

The brain monster laughed and shouted "Do dare attack me now?? Accept your death"

Two death Knight charged towards Wang Cheng while other two stayed to defend the brain monster.

Wang Cheng easily doghed their attack and went straight towards the brain monster. Other two death knights tried to fight but Wang Cheng simply avoided them. The death Knights were slow but their strength was monstrous and Wang Cheng had no intention of fighting against the Death knight, so he just dodged them.

Wang Cheng finally reached the brain monster and hacked it with his sword.

The brain monster died, and the death Knight collapsed. It seems the brain monster was controlling them but now the brain monster was killed they had collapsed.

This skill was pretty good for C-rank skill, and Wang Cheng for now didn't have to worry if he didn't have weapons. Wang Cheng quickly opened the chest in excitement and obtained three items. First item was a potion, second was a sword and last item was a silver ring.
