Gu Weicheng.

A famous businessman and legitimate heir of Gu group. That was him in his real world. After his mother's death, his father married another woman. Though it caused a big scene in the Gu group, it was suppressed by his father and stepmother.

His father thought that he would be able to obtain Gu group after his mother's death. But to his disappointment, Gu Weicheng's mother and maternal grandfather had already registered him (Gu Weicheng) as the owner of the Gu group.

It made them angry. The plot they had conducted for many years fell into ruins so they tried to kill Weicheng many times. However, they were unable to kill him because his grandfather's trustworthy subordinates protected him. At the age of 18, Gu Weicheng obtained the ownership of Gu group.

Everyone thought that a naive boy whose hair wasn't even fully grown, wouldn't be able to manage the Gu group. including his father, stepmother and their son. Yet to their surprise not only he displayed unbelievable ability for management and intelligence but also made Gu group number one in the world within 7 years. He reached the peak of the business world.

He suppressed his father and made every one of his enemies disappear.  He became ruthless and cruel.

At the age of 29, he was a person that nobody could touch. But to his shock, his best friend and crush who was also his cousin betrayed him and drugged him. The same day, his mother's brother, who was rotten to the core, pushed him down from the building.

Weicheng knew about his uncle's collaboration with his father but he gave him some warnings and didn't kill him only because of his cousin. At last, they betrayed him together and killed him.

But what they didn't know was that Gu Weicheng had already registered that if anything happened to him, everything he made including Gu family property would be given to orphanages in the country and would be handed over to the government as a relief fund.

He made sure that those bastards won't get anything. Just thinking about the face of those old geezers when they learn about it made him happy.

Gu Weicheng was gay. This was an open secret. Many people had tried to take advantage of this but they never succeeded.

He once had a crush on that innocent-faced bitch cousin. But when he confessed, his cousin rejected him saying that he only wanted to be a trusted friend and a brother. When his cousin rejected this golden opportunity, he let his guard down which caused his downfall....

Gu Weicheng opened his eyes once more. He saw a familiar ceiling but he wasn't alone this time. A middle-aged man was sitting next to him. It's been a week since he regained his consciousness.

After realising that he was already dead and now he was in someone else's body, it felt unbelievable even after experiencing it himself. It took him 4 days to believe everything, including the memory he gained from the original owner.

Moreover, this wasn't even his world. It's a familiar yet completely different world. He felt that it was just like the world he had once read in a novel... No... He was sure that this is the world he had once read in a novel because everything he remembered till now was the exact story he read.

"Awake?" The middle-aged man asked.

"Hmmm," Gu Weicheng replied. From the memory he gained from the original owner, he already knew who this person sitting in front of him was.

He was the most trustworthy and dedicated subordinate of the original owner's parents, Butler Bai.

This name was not unfamiliar to him. Not only because of the memory but also because he had read this name many times in the novel. He was the right-hand man of the Villain.

Butler Bai looked at Weicheng. Though his face was cold, his eyes showed the respect and affection he had for the original owner. Butler Bai was the butler of the Gu family. The Bai family was a Beta family who was working for the Gu household from the time of their ancestors.

From the memory, it was clear that the original owner was brought up by the butler.

It was also because he cared for the original owner and his family that he became one of the Villains subordinate

After seeing Weicheng's cold and emotionless face, Butler Bai felt heartache. He was unable to see the old cheerful Gu Weicheng. He wanted to say many things and also wanted to know what had happened on the day of that accident.

But seeing Gu Weicheng's expression he couldn't say anything.

"Doctor said that you can be discharged in a few days." He paused. "Should I inform the second young master about your whereabouts?" Butler asked.

Hearing the word 'second young master' Weicheng flinched.

"No. Not yet." He said in a determined voice.

"I need some time before meeting him." He looked through the window. The sun was shining outside, peach blossom trees were dyed in pink colour. It felt beautiful yet pitiful.

He was born with a good memory so he clearly remembered every plot and character of the novel.

The second young master of the Gu family was Gu Xiaochen, the one and only younger brother of the original owner and the villain of this novel. An Omega who became the villain in the original novel because of the so-called jealousy. When reading this novel, Gu Weicheng despised this character. He felt like this character was a fool. But after gaining the memory of the original owner he was 100 per cent sure that this guy wasn't a fool.

Just like any antagonist, this villain's ending would also be miserable, he couldn't allow that. After gaining this body, he would have to take responsibility, live the life of the original owner and protect those who were dear to the original owner before the story began. He had nearly 2 years at hand. In that time, he needed to make some preparations, to destroy those who touched his family and protect those who were dear to him…

Gu Weicheng took a deep breath and closed his eyes. His lips were slightly curved up. The sun shone through the window and reflected in the room. It gave an unrealistic godly look to the person who was lying on the bed...
