"That's him"

Oliver could tell Simon and Amanda had a lot to ask him, but they were keeping it within themselves, which he appreciated a lot. 

Simon had suggested they hang out in the shopping centre inside the estate, but he had blatantly refused. Since it was Saturday, Liam was going to be there since he worked at the gym. And he didn't want to bump into him. Simon and Amanda did their best to cheer him up, and he tried to smile at them or contribute to whatever they were saying, so they would leave him alone. 

He was glad his confession to Simon hadn't changed their relationship. He suspected Simon was cool with it because his love rival was out, but he didn't mind whatever reason that made Simon support him and had chosen not to raise the issue or whatever his relationship with Liam was.
