Chapter 10
****THE SWIMMING POOL**ROYAL HIGH***
"Payton is going to represent us as the second swimmer," Alexia said and all eyes turned to Payton.
Payton stared at Alexia with wide eyes. Alexia walked to her and whispered some things into her ears loud enough for Octavia and Gianna to hear.
"You wanna hide your talent because of fear of your classmate? You might be scared of being bullied orqq threatened but that's because you want to be" Alexia said.
"If you don't wanna be threatened or bullied you have that side of you that can fight against Alyssa and her minions. The girls are relying on you and you should beat Alyssa no matter what, maybe that will cut her wings a little" Alexia said and Octavia nodded in agreement.
"But what if I lost to Alyssa, It'll increase her ego more than it has done" Payton replied worriedly.
"I promise you, Payton, you'll beat Alyssa in this game" Alexia assured.
"Why are you so sure about that?" Payton asked still not convinced enough.
"Cause I believe in you," Alexia said.
"And so do us" Octavia and Gianna muttered and hugged her.
Payton smiled and walked to the front.
"I will represent the girls as the second swimmer," Payton said and the director smiled.
"The race will begin at the countdown of three," he said again and they bent lightly, ready for the whistle to be blown.
"He blew the whistle and they jumped into the water at once.
"The swim started hotly with Alyssa in the first place. Alyssa smirked darkly and then the game become more intense with Payton almost gaining the upper hand but Alyssa crossed her lane blocking Payton from going ahead.
Alexia felt her body vibrate in anger. "Should I just teach her a lesson?" Alexia muttered silently not knowing that Octavia and Gianna already heard what she said.
She closed her eyes and when she opened them, it was crystal blue. Her eyes constricted and she shot a glare at Alyssa. Her pace decreased immediately and Payton swam ahead in no time.
The students screamed as Payton got to the finish line while Alyssa was still struggling behind.
"We finally found who could win against Alyssa Norman in swimming among the girls" the director declared. He was so happy right now but he couldn't dare show how happy he was in front of her since he still loved his job.
Octavia and Gianna's mouths were hung open, they saw what happened but they couldn't understand a single thing.
Payton ran to them and hugged them. "I finally did it" she shouted happily.
They hugged her back and she went to hug Alexia too.
"Thanks so much, Alexia, I love you so much and I hope we'll be friends," Payton said and the other two nodded.
She was speechless at first, but then she had a second thoughts and decided that it shouldn't hurt to have lovely friends like them. She'd just do a better job of hiding her identity.
She agreed and they screamed and did a foursome hug.
Alexia smiled as she felt the trustworthy aura between them again. They wouldn't be bad as friends after all.
They exchanged contacts and waited for the guys to continue their game
The guys also did their swimming with Fernando leading as usual and Franco as snd.
Fortune couldn't swim so he never joined them in the swimming games.

Alyssa didn't stop glaring at Payton throughout the game and Alexia just smirked at her stupidity.
"No one dares mess with whoever I support" she muttered loud enough for Alyssa to hear.
"And what do you mean by that? I mainly allowed her to win because this would be the last swimming game she would play in this school.
"In your dreams sucker," Alexia said going closer to Alyssa.
Octavia, Gianna, and Payton were watching with keen interest as they attacked each other like real rivals.
"How do you think she beat you in this game?" Alexia whispered into her ears.
"Because I allowed her to" Alyssa repeated and Alexia smirked.
"It's because she's far more talented than you are and because we gave her our support. And as long as that happens, no one and I mean no one can stop her from representing us, not even you" Alexia whispered and poked her head with her finger.
"Who the hell, do you think you are?" Alyssa yelled earning the attention of other students.
"Alexia Banks!" she replied boldly with a smirk.

"Alexia, do you mind going to the cafeteria with us?" Gianna asked and she smiled.
"The food is on me," she said and they giggled.
"Let's go babies," Octavia said loudly and they headed straight to the cafeteria.
They ordered their food and it turned out they all had the same taste in food.
They started eating and asking questions.
"We can guess some things about you but we would like to know more," Payton said and they nodded.
"What are the things you can guess," Alexia asked and they smiled.
"You love white so much," they said in unison and she laughed.
"Wow! Am astounded," Alexia said again.
"You love crop tops," they said again and she creased her brows.
"And so do you," she said aloud and they all looked down at their tops. It's all cropped.
They burst into laughter and it continued like that until the break was over.
They walked hand in hand to the LR and they finally settled on their seats.
They were sitting across each other so it made it easier to turn and gist all they wanted.
"I just love the pairing Madam Lisa did for the projects," Payton said and Gianna nodded in agreement.
"I wish she could re-group us," Octavia said and Alexia nodded in agreement.
"Why???" Payton asked
"I thought you had a huge crush on Landon, you should be the happiest among us right now" Gianna also said.
"It's not as if he likes me back, he's one of the school's greatest hoodlums, I wonder why he was gifted that face if he was going to use it like this" Octavia lamented and Alexia couldn't help but smile.
"You must like him to be affected by what he does, but you could change him if you want to," Alexia said and she stared blankly at her before finally nodding...

****P.S INSTITUTE****
Alexia stretched and yawned as she completed the scripts she was writing. She was also a part-time actress. It wasn't easy for her to be a student and also an actress, so she mainly writes scripts for different movies.
She looked around and couldn't find Loyal. "Where did he go?" she asked herself as she looked around again. But she suddenly remembered that he told her he was going to get some rice cake.
She packed up and went out of the institute, she got to the front porch and waited for Loyal to come back. But after ten minutes, she started feeling uncomfortable.
She knew something will happen, so she started thinking of what to do. She couldn't let anyone know about her powers so she'd rather take humane measures.
She started feeling like someone was behind her but she didn't move, she stayed indifferent and started going through her phone.
And just like that... She saw a blackout...
