Chapter 10: I have something to tell you

' I'm interested in knowing where he's always going '

' Oh, he's coming back ' she thought.

Noah sat down and shortly after, the teacher came in, ' how come he comes in before the teacher everytime ',she thought.

It was History class, but she kinda don't like history but she will always think of the saying ' if you don't like a subject, you will not like it's teacher '

' I don't want to dislike the teacher ' so she just endure it and struggled to pay attention.

The class was long than usual maybe it's because it's so boring, she looked at everyone and they seem bored too.

'Thank goodness the class is finally over' they rejoiced. It's time for lunch so Rosalinda found her way to the cafeteria, she sat alone, she couldn't find Felicity or Jade and she continued to eat.

Felicity, Emma, Oliver and Jade joined her and Jade said ' We were looking all over for you, so we thought we could find you here '

' Thanks ' she replied.

They were chatting happily and Rosalinda was free with them, so they talked about random things, Oliver was telling them about how good their vacation was until Felicity shouted.

' Rosalinda watch out ' but it was too late, Ivy poured water on her and everyone looked at their direction.

Rosalinda couldn't believe what just happened and she stood up holding her shirt and some couldn't believe it either.

' What did you just do? '

' Oops I'm so sorry,I didn't know ' Ivy said sarcastically and she turned back to leave.

' Seems like she doesn't know who she's dealing with ' Rosalinda said and took a bottle of water, she followed Ivy and drenched her with water.

Ivy was stunned and she turned back.

' How dare you ' she said.

' Well, you said you didn't know when it's clear that you literally did it intentionally , so this is also a mistake '

Ivy raised her hand to slap Rosalinda but she held her hand and yanked her off.

' What now?, you really wanna slap me? who do you think you are? '

Rosalinda made an attempt to get close to her but the class president stopped her, she raised her head to look at him and he said ' It's okay '

She looked at the class president and then Ivy and said to her ' You got lucky ' and made her way to the bathroom but felt someone looking at her.

She adjusted her hair and looked at her jacket and sighed , she thought if how cold it was and concluded she would endure it until Jade came in.

' Are you okay? ' she asked.

' I'm okay '

' Woah, I can't believe you did that, no one has ever stood up to her, you were amazing back there '

Rosalinda just smiled.

' Oh, Charlie said you can have this ' Jade said.

' Who's Charlie? ' she replied, confused.

' Oh, I forgot you didn't know, he's the class president '

' Oh, I see, but is it okay to wear his cloth? '

' Yes, no girl is with another cloth, so you won't be badmouthed '

She took off her jacket and wore Charlie's ' This is better than wearing a wet jacket ' she thought.

They both made their way to the classroom and as soon as they entered, Oliver said loudly

' Here comes the new girl ' and everyone shouted but she smiled in response and went to her seat, Felicity, Emma , Oliver and Jade followed her and sat with her. She looked around the classroom but Ivy was nowhere to be found , as if Oliver could read her thoughts, he said ' I guess she went home, I doubt she's been humiliated like that before '

' I'm so glad you stood up for yourself ' Emma said and continued ' You know, I always thought you were some kind of...

' Excuse me ' Noah said, they didn't realize he was there making Emma stopped what she was saying.

' I think the class is getting started ' Rosalinda said.

' What are you talking about? ' Emma asked.

' Here comes Mrs Brooks ' Rosalinda pointed at the door and true to her words, it was time for mathematics.

They all rushed to their seat and Noah sat gently and the class began, then she remembered something and looked at Charlie.

The class ended and she stood up but something that's completely unexpected happened.

' Hey, new student '

Rosalinda looked around and it doesn't seem like it's someone she knew, she thought it was Noah but she brushed off the thought ' How in the hell would he call me? ' , so she thought she was just hallucinating and when she took a step forward, he called her again.

' I'm talking to you ' he said and Rosalinda looked at him. Never did she think that Noah will call her, it was him and she replied ' Yes? '

' I have something to tell you , let's talk after school ' his face expressionless, he then walked out.

She was in a daze, she couldn't believe he said that to her.

' Who does he think he is to just walk out like that? '

' What could he possibly want to tell me '

' And come to think of it, he went out again, will he get sick if he stays in class, he looks more like the class president to me seeing how he walks in before the teacher '

' Wait, speaking of the class president ' she remembered she have something to tell him and walked up to him.

' Charlie? ' she called out .

' Hey '

' Thanks for earlier, I'll make sure to return it tomorrow '

' That's fine '

The rest of the day went by uneventfully and it was time to go home and she remembered Levi and her were supposed to get their uniforms, she saw Levi and they both went to get it .

' I have something to do, I'll be back ' Rosalinda said in a rush not waiting for neither Felicity nor Levi to object, she wanted to meet Noah,she looked for him in the classroom and came out but she was too late, she saw him getting in a car.

' I guess it's not happening today anyway ' she said and went back to the entrance.

' Where did you run off to? ' Levi asked.

' The classroom, I forgot something '

Somehow, they were convinced and they went home.
