It's your fault that she lost her job

"Would you like a picture Mr Wilson bet it will last longer"

Bryan smiled and Laura could sworn her heart shook. He should never smile like that to her unless__

She shook the thought away from her head.

"Don't blame me. I never knew you could dress so corporate and even take your time to make your hair"

Laura didn't respond to his jabs but instead took the seat right in front of him

"Good morning to you too Mr willson" Laura said with a smile pretending that was her response to all he had said.

She noticed Bryan hadn't stopped staring at her and was glad she allowed Dora to doll her up

Laura looked around his office and saw the wall were painted gray and assumed he didn't like bright colors.

A big sofa at the far end of the office big enough to fit him or probably her.

His desk is so big that one would think there are other things he does on them. Three comfortable chair across him plus the one she's currently sitting on and the chair he sat on is larger than himself making him look like a king in a suit.

On his desk is a file opened which seems he was working on before she interrupted.

Bryan's voice brought her back to their discussion

"I wonder why you are here Miss Smith?" Laura looked at or probably glared at him, which made him smirk. She knows fully well that he intends to play the victim

"You once asked me to work for you and when I refused,you took away my job. You made the manager fire me from your own hotel,you clearly left me no choice"

Not everyone knows he owns the hotel and he knew he had to change that stupid manager of his.

"Your awful mistake got you fired"

She scoff before she replied

"Anything you say Mr willson" Bryan wanted her to talk more or argue with him but he was clearly disappointed by her agreement with him.

"I need a secretary and you employ at the right time"

"You clearly don't need one. I saw your secretary on my way here unless you didn't know"

"I'm replacing her. So now it's your fault for making her lose her job"

She was silent for some time which made Bryan wonder if she heard him

"You are putting the blame on me? Why? I never wanted this job at first place" He was no longer smirking or grinning,his face was plain and a frown settled on his forehead.

Laura was surprised at the sudden change 'she didn't say much, right? He looks so scary right now'.

"If you had accepted when I asked you then she wouldn't have lost her job .I'm not a patient man miss Smith" He said his voice clearly showed he's not happy with her response but couldn't care less

"Ever since I met you nothing good has ever happened to me and I didn't ask for this job. I was happy with where I was working until you came around"

Then he suddenly stood up walking towards where she was sitting Laura quickly stand on her feet but he was already encamping her on the seat. His face was so close that she could smell him.

"Miss Smith i'm offering you a chance to work with me, not everyone is that lucky"he whispered in her ears

"I... I clearly.... Clearly didn't... Didn't want it " she stammered

Bryan saw she was affected by him and blush had started to form on her cheeks, he smirked and released

"Now that we are in agreement, you can start working"

Laura nodded and started walking towards the entrance

"And where do you think you are going to?" He asked, confused about where she was going

"I only wanted to ask your former secretary how it's done and to give me a tour of the office " she replied

Bryan signed and signaled to her to come back

"Sit" He said in a harsh voice which made Laura to immediately obey.

"You won't be needing a tour around the office" Seeing she's about to ask why he continued

"Anything you want to know about me and how things are done, I will tell you everything"

He wasn't going to allow her to walk around the whole office not when she was dressed like that.

He loseen his own tie and rubbed his forehead, he hasn't been himself at all ever since he met her. Making irrational decisions wasn't his way at all.
