"Sword Qi Linking!" Lu Yunxiao muttered. A ring of sword aura dashed towards the Red Tail Flame Sand Snake.

The snake quickly dodged most of the sword aura, some of which managed to hit. The attack exhibited impressive penetration, leaving small wounds that bled.

In pain, the snake spat a liquid from its mouth.

Lu Yunxiao narrowly avoided the venom. The snake's saliva was highly toxic, a single hit could prove deadly.

During this reprieve, the Red Tail Flame Sand Snake lunged again, aiming for Lu Yunxiao.

Lu Yunxiao jumped up, avoiding the attack.

As he landed, the snake's massive scarlet tail struck him, causing him to stagger. In response, Lu Yunxiao drew his sword and attacked the snake's head.

The force from the tail strike pushed him back, but also knocked the snake off balance.

The sword light left a mark on the snake's head, dividing its fiery red flame mark.

A fierce battle ensued between them, dust billowing into the air.

Suddenly, Lu Yunxiao's eyes gleamed, his body rising into the air.

"Almost time to show my true strength," he murmured.

Lu Yunxiao's eyes glinted. He unleashed a burst of fighting energy, his clothes fluttering. His swords merged as he thrust forward.
