I continue to watch over my champion Jayr as he faces the joyous troubles that come with fatherhood so much that for the first time, he delayed his journey to a new universe just to spend more time with them and his family, even so, I also enjoy watching him spending his day to day life like this even if I can't wait for him to start a new adventure and see the changes he will bring to the world he will visit.

Truly his life and adventures are the only escape from this monotonous existence, where everything that happened, happens, and will happen in the Omniverse is already written and known as we are an essential part of everything that exists.

This is also the main reason why I and the other Concepts choose to play this game that we call Battle Across the Omniverse, the power gained and the bragging right are only a byproduct, we all do this for a simple reason, we are bored, that is why many Omniverse ago we decided to start this friendly competition among us, granting a few random mortals a spark of our being in the form of a blessing that grants them the power to step outside our control and bring out unexpected and entertraining change to our creation.

While looking at Jayr as he is cleaning his kids who just relieved themselves, I feel the call from the other Concept, which means it is finally time for the Random Battle's highlights where I'll finally learn the result of all the Random Battles and how the other Champions are doing, as thanks to the Blessing they are protected from the competing Concepts prying eyes, meaning that only the Concept who gave its spark, and the Concept who aren't taking part in the Battle Across the Omniverse can watch what the Champions are doing, like usual just some more self-imposed rules to make everything more interesting.

With a thought I make my physical representation appear in an endless amphitheater built in the Outerverse, my appearance is simply an indistinct humanoid shape made of light just like every Concept, only to distinguish myself, I also wear a pair of Scary Shiny Glasses, this time I chose one modeled after Aizen's ones, the perfect design to represent an intelligent, plotting or villainous character.

I'm sitting in front of every other Concept as I'm one of the lucky 33 taking part in the competition, and standing on the same row next to me are the other 32 Concept plus the winner of the previous edition, like the Concept of Purity, the Concept of Love, the Concept of Misfortune, or my good pal the Concept of Kinks.

Standing on the stage as the host for this event is the first winner of the first edition of the Battle Across the Omniverse, the Concept of Family, now that I think about it, his Champion is the template we used to create Dominic Torreto for the Fast and Furious Universe, especially his manners and catchphrase.

Family gives a light bow and says, [Welcome everyone. A year finally passed and the first Random Battle finally came to an end. And now the most anticipated event, the First Random Battle's highlight where the competing Concepts will finally learn the result of this first Random Battle and gain some information on their opponents' Champions and their current state. While we all will once more enjoy their best moments!]

After it said that, an immense screen appears behind him as it says, [Now, without further ado, let's start with the first pairing on schedule, the Champion of Power against the Champion of Yang!]

And soon on the screen, the scenes of an epic battle between two sides taking place in the vast space can be seen.

One side is made of humanoids who are easily flying around in the void of space without any protection, by their immense strength and powers they are displaying like the Immense Strenght, Durability, Heat Vision, and the like, it is clear that they are all Kryptonian from the DC Universe, who are all following the lead of a tanned young man with short black hair and almost golden eyes who wrecking as many enemies as possible and beside him I recognize the iconic figure of Zod.

They are fighting against an army of robotic lifeforms with advanced technology and weaponry, and from the fact that some of them transform into vehicles or some kind of beastes mid-fight, it is clear that they are Cybertronian, or more specifically Decepticons and Predacons, but among them, one Predacon, in particular, catches my attention, as it is quite a vicious and strong one, able to rip apart even bodies as strong as the Kryptonian's one.

Its beast form is that of a huge Wallace's Giant Bee whose size drafts most of the other Decepticons and Predacons, and despite its size, it has a flying speed comparable to the Kryptonian, moreover, its humanoid form is even scarier, with its razor sharp claws that are able to rip the Kryptonian apart, the thick torso formed by the Wallace's Giant Bee's head, the vicious shining red eyes, overall, he looks like something out of someone's nightmare, and it is clear that it is the Champion of Power, and it look like it isn't drawing its power only from its Concept.

It is clear that even if both the forces are about the same in power and numbers, the Kryptonian's side has the advantage as no one but the Champion of Power and few others are able to fully kill the Kryptonians, and so the Cybertronians' numbers are slowly diminishing, but that comes to an end as the Champion of Power brings out a strange cylindrical object and start to input his powerful Energon into it, which makes it release as blinding beam of light.

Seeing that, I instantly realize that the object is in fact, a simple beacon, a beacon to one particular powerful being, and indeed, soon after, the nearby space rips open and an immense mechanical planet appears, it is something that I can easily recognize, that planet is, in fact, Unicron, the Lord of Chaos, the Chaos Bringer, and the Planet Eater, he who is dedicated to consuming the multiverse, one of our nastiest creation.

His massive form is powered by the consumption of planets, moons, stars, and even the very fabric of existence, and will not be sated until his ultimate goal is attained, to bring an end to the annoying creation boasting independence around him, and find peace by becoming the living center of a swirling, infinite torrent of nothingness at the end of all things, a being whose powers are even stronger than Jayr's last serious opponent Antispiral.

With Unicron's appearance, the fight stops as all the Kryptonians gather together and try to fight him back, but Unicron is just too powerful for their current level and in the end, the Champion of Yang decides to submit to preserve his life.

The scene then stops and Family says, [Unfortunately, this battle ended just like that as the Champion of Yang chose to surrender before a more powerful being and offered his blessing to the Champion of Power while Unicron started to devour that poor universe. That was a pitiful end, but the same can be said for the poor Champion of Fire who got distracted by his *cough* lower brain and was eliminated by the Champion of Decay.]

On the screen, a new scene appears where a tall young man with olive skin tone, reddish-brown hair, and amber eyes, uses his long straight sword to decapitate an equally young Asian man with long black hair and purple eyes whose naked body was right next a naked voluptuous young woman with short pink hair and red eyes.

If I remember well her name is Maia, and that should be the Kuroinu Universe, and clearly the Champion of Fire was about to assault her, but was stopped by the enraged Champion of Decay.

Indeed, Family comments, [After dealing with his opponent, the Champion of Decay didn't lose himself in the debauchery offered by that world, but instead he focused on helping those poor people in overcoming the fated disaster. Come on let's everyone give applause to Decay who for some reason has always been able to choose Champions with an excellent moral character throughout the eons!]

Hearing that, we all start to clap and some even while Decay as always receives our applause and cheers with a shy attitude, but then the scene quickly changes showing a young man with easily identifiable physical characteristics, long black hair with a blue tint, and black eyes, wearing a high-collared dark blue ninja outfit with his clan's symbol proudly emblazoned on the back, a white and red fan, he is clearly a member of the Uchiha Clan of the Naruto Universe.

He is standing on an empty plot of land, and he isn't alone, all around him there are countless shadow-like beings with various forms and shapes many of them are quite familiar too like some dragons and mages from Fairy Tail Universe or some creatures that I'm quite sure come from the Game of Thrones Universe, at the same time, I hear Water next to me grunt in displeasure and mutter, [That's the one that got my Champion too. Not only did he cowardly overwhelm him with numbers but he also trapped his soul and turned him into one of those Shadow Undead. He is probably going to do the same to Time's kid.]

Indeed just like Water predicted, the Uchiha kid fought very bravely but the shadow undead number was just too much and he exhausted his Chakra and got killed by a Shadow Kamen Rider with a Rider Kick.

While this scene is shown, Family comments, [And as you can see the Champion of Death is going quite strong as he was able to take care of the Champion of Time without even fighting in person. He is one of the few who has already reached Lv.3 of his Blessing, quite the hard worker he is.]

After that, Family quickly moves on, [Now a candidate with a lot of potential had a quite unfortunate match up. I'm talking about the Champion of Matter that conquered 3 universes, his home the Prototype Universe, the Resident Evil Universe where it assimilated the Tyrant Virus that enhanced its overall capabilities, and the Starcraft Universe, where it took over the Zergs gaining their biological technology and improved them to the point where they could also infest the Protoss making turning them into the true ultimate race of that Universe, the Black Tyrant Zerg, who are the union of the Blacklight Virus, Tyrant Virus, and Zerg race. But unfortunately, its opponent was the Champion of Void, the Concept who won the previous Battle Across the Omniverse.]

And on the screen, the scene of countless monstrous aliens who devour, assimilate, and kill everything in their path, swarming the whole planet, which I'm sure is Planet Blue Star of some Modern Cultivation novel seeing that there are people flying around in "Hua Nation" who are quite strong and somewhat able to stop the relentless advance of the Black Light Zergs, but are truly shitty human being who despite the global crisis continue to plot against, denigrate, and even attack the people of other countries as they treat women as just playthings, have an unhealthy obsession of Chinese culture to the point that they think everything and everyone unrelated to it is evil and rubbish without any value.

Anyway, the whole massacre of every living being and the shitty attitude of the people of that world, made the Champion of Void snap, and that is why we are now looking at the scene where a very angry and buff young man, who looks just like Son Gohan but with spiky green hair and fully white eyes, as he obliterates the whole planet out of existence with a powerful Kamehameha.

After that, Family continues with his report as the highlights of the events are shown behind him, [The next two match-ups were a lot more peaceful compared to the last ones, first, we have the Champions of Creation and Growth. They ended up in the expansive Swallowed Star Universe and both were unable to even get close to each other as they were on two different star clusters. Meanwhile, the situation of the Champions of Karma and Magnetism was quite different, they found themselves in The Rookie Universe, and the Champion of Karma was even able to find the identity of Magnetism's Champion first. But with Karma's blessing she saw that he was a person who did a lot of good and let him go, then she hid until the 1-year time limit.]

And just like it described, first, on the screen the scenes of a handsome young man with Asian features, quite a pale skin tone, long black hair, and pink eyes as he walks through the streets of a futuristic city holding a young Bibi Dong's hand with a smile on his face, and of a cold young woman with pale skin, short light brown hair, and green eyes, wearing a clearly tribal attire and armed to the teeth, silently moving through a wild forest hunting some alien creature are shown.

Then the image of Karma's Champion watching the clueless Magnetism's Champion as he saves the police officer Jackson West from being shot while using her Shinigami Eyes with a black diary in her hands and a frown on her face.

After that, Family's voice grows excited as he comments, [But the next pairing truly gave us all a good show as the Champion of Fusion and the Champion of Reality gave us truly one hell of a fight! Only to get interrupted by some poor Demons ending their fight in a draw as they allied and massacrated the Demons. After that, they chose to ally and seal the deal in an inn where the two rocked the place the whole night!]

And on the screen, the image of the two Champions appears one is a tall, attractive, and slim young man, he has dark green hair that constantly blends with his hat, a visored, ornamented cap, torn at the back, a strong jaw, bold eyebrows, and green eyes, moreover, a curious humanoid figure is floating next to him, its colors are mostly grey and black, it has a bald head with a face with birdish features and a pair of orange goggles covering its eyes, his appearance couldn't be more iconic, he is clearly someone from JoJo's Bizzare Adventure Universe.

Standing next to him is a small, black and white dog very similar to a Boston Terrier, his paws, stomach, chest, and neck are white, as are the area around his mouth and forehead, he is Iggy.

On the other side, there is a very beautiful, tall, and slim young woman with pale skin tone, delicate features, very long, jet black hair, and large, black, pupil-less eyes, she is very expressionless, but her eyes hid an amused light within them, she is basically a female version of Illumi Zoldyck, making it easy to identify her origin.

Famili is right, the fight between them is quite a peculiar and entertaining sight, not for the showy destruction they cause, but just for how strange and amusing everything is, the young woman uses her Hatsu to turn the fight into something that I can only describe as "Loony", huge anvils that appear out of nowhere and smash into a person but instead of killing or crushing their bodies into pulp, they end up flattened, train coming out of painted walls, hard object that becomes soft, hitting her opponent with a huge hammer and generating a human-shaped hole on any surface, materializing all kinds of insane weapons and explosive, using a huge pencil brought out by a black portal to erase something and draw something else, but despite all that, all her attack aren't lethal, but it is clear that with every successful hit her opponent grow weaker and weaker.

On the other side, the young man doesn't lose out in strangeness as his Stand seems to have the power to steal something from whatever it touches and fuse it back with something else, for example, it touched the huge anvil and stole its weight then punching the young woman it fused that weight with her, making her body collapse under her own weight, but instead of dying the woman ended up flattened, at least until she pulled out some kind of weight losing potion and drank it, then she blew herself back into normal shape.

Unfortunately, the entertaining fight got cut off as some Demons and Demon Slayers started fighting nearby and the innocent civilians started to get involved, so they both stopped fighting and joined forces to deal with them, and it seems that they got closer during the fight and so they choose to ally and seal the deal just like Family said.

After that, an excited Family continues, [Next we have what everyone already knows! The First Champions' Challenge of this competition finally took place! Were we all saw a great battle of wit and luck taking place before our very eyes, and where the Champion of Culture was able to prevail gaining his LV.3!]

And a few scenes of Jayr's duel with Nikita are shown as the Concept around me all start to comment on him as he is at the moment one of the few Champions with the highest Blessing LV.

But soon Family introduces the next match-up, [And this, fellow Concepts is the result of the clash between advanced technology and supernatural forces, that ended with a landslide victory for the technology as the Champions of Yin met with the Champion of Space.]

Right after that, on the screen the image of a young woman with long red hair glowing red eyes, fangs, claws, mutton chops, pointed ears, and ridged brows together with a group of humanoid creatures riding some horses and dressed in cowboy hats and other "old west" apparels, armed with supernatural pistols and whips, their face appears to be pale and heavily lined, as if scarred, and their mouths are kept shut due to numerous strips of skin stitching it together, there is also blackness where their eyes should be, with their apparence it is clear that this Champion comes from the the Teen Wolf Universe.

But the Teen Wolf group is surrounded by hundreds of T'Plana-type fighters and seems restricted by some kind of force field, and in the end, the Champion of Yin chooses to surrender and relinquish her Blessing to the Star Trek Champion, making Darkness a few seats away from me, comment, [Ha, ha, ha! I won my bet! Both Yin and Yang's Champions surrendered! Those two are truly the face of the same coin! It happens in every competition, they always somewhat end up winning and losing the same way at the same time!!] making Light next to him snort and reply, [It isn't like we can talk... Something similar happens also to our Champions.]

At the same time, Family continues, [Different from all the others, the next match-up ended with something that can be considered a poetic happy ending as the Champion of Darkness and the Champion of Light met up, but instead of fighting the fell in love with one other and the Champion of Light choose to surrender join the Champion of Darkness Peerage.]

Indeed, I see the young black-haired and red-eyed devil happily hugging his Peerage, which is made up of the members of his harem, and what a colorful group, one is Tsubaki Shinra his Bishop, a young bespectacled woman with long straight black hair that extends all the way down to her knees, with split bangs and heterochromatic eyes, with a violet left eye and a light brown right eye.

Then there is another young woman with glasses, she has gold-colored eyes and lightly messy brunette hair tied into braids on each side, she is his Pawn Aika Kiryuu.

His Queen is a beautiful young woman, with a tall and slender build, blue eyes, rosy cheeks, thin pink lips, a small nose, long, platinum-blonde hair, and pale skin with a light dusting of freckles, she is nonother than Elsa of Arendelle.

Then there is the new Knight, Sara Connor, the former Champion of Light, a beautiful and slim young woman with long black hair and brown eyes, who is now a Reincarnated Devil-Demi-God Hybrid.

And last but not least his other Bishop, a tall young woman in her mid-20s with short blond bob-cut hair and blue eyes, with sizable breasts, dressed in a white lab coat with a one-piece black dress underneath, and shiny black high heels, she is the one and only Kitami Reika.

As I look at the Champion I notice a quite peculiar weapon resting on his hip, it is some kind of sword modeled after a key, it has a guard with a handle, a shaft, and a head at the end of the shaft that resembles the teeth of a skeleton key, seeing that I can't help but think, 'That's a Keyblade! Darkness Champion was quite smart in his choice, with that, he not only can safely travel to universes he has already visited without the Unigate, but he can also lock those universes so that the other Champions won't be able to visit them through any other mean outside of the Unigate.'

The next two matches were quite boring compared to the others, the first one simply because it showed the Champion of Infinity, a huge golden Kirby swallowing entire galaxies until it swallowed the one where the Champion of Dream was located.

The girl was slowly taking control of the planet and turning those useful into Sparkling Vampires, but her approach was too slow and she ended up being swallowed before she could do anything meaningful.

Meanwhile, the other showed the Champion of Chaos and the Champion of Balance reaching a peaceful accord of mutual defense as they talked about the similarities and differences between Space Magic, also known as the Force, and the Magic from the Harry Potter Universe.

But the next one is quite interesting as this Champion used a totally new approach and it seems that Family thinks the same, [Now, I present you the Champion with the most unique approach we have ever seen. The Champion of Restoration he decided to merge with the universe and become a reality warping System that not only caused a System Apocalypse in that universe turning it into some kind of game world like many others, but also bound itself to every living being enhancing them, and in turn being empowered by them, but not only that, he basically turned all of them into slaves that will do everything in his bidding to gain more "rewards" and "power". Truly cunning and vicious, and the Champion of Destruction, that poor fool also fell for that bait and unknowingly gave up his Blessing in exchange for the "power" offered by the system.]

And on the screen it is shown the moment that the Champions were transported to the randomly chosen universe, if I'm not wrong this is The Big Bang Theory Universe, anyway, the Champion of Restoration quickly merged with this Universe and connected to the Lucy Universe then he started to open random portals and dungeons all around the world and summoned the monsters that he created in the Lucy Universe starting another System Apocalypse then it sent to every sentient being the System Prompt requesting the permission to start the binding process so that they can gain the power to defend themselves, and that dumb idiot of Destruction's Champion happily agreed, becoming a system slave like everyone else in that world.

After that, Family lets out a sigh and says, [With that we are close to the end with only two matches remaining, the Champion of Order vs. the Champion of Metal which fought until the Champion of Order gained a big advantage and so the Champion of Metal acknowledged his loss. And the Champion of Earth vs. the Champion of Life, where nothing exciting happened as the two simply chose to ally against the other champions. This also means that the Champion of Wood is the one that got the Bye in this round of Random Battle.]

And of course, Wood creepily laughs at that, meanwhile, on the screen the images of a young elfic woman with a killer body, long ash blond hair, and light green as she unleashes torrents of spells at a flying young man who looks almost the exact copy of Mark Greyson from Invincible who tried to tank the spell, but it seems that he is quite vulnerable to them especially the one that targetted the mind as he was put to sleep by one hidden behind all the flashy and explosive ones, in the end the Champion of Metal gave up and surrendered, while the Champion of Order promised to send him back to his home Universe.

After that, it showed the images of the two Champion calmly talking over and shaking their hands, one is basically a female version of Brock from the Pokemon Universe, while the other is a tall young woman of slim to athletic build, she has a pale complexion with long, wavy black hair styled in a braided twin tail, her eyes are gray and have long eyelashes, she wear a black school uniform and a set of large black glasses, she is the Champion that comes from the Terror Infinity Universe.

After the summary of the various Champions' results, Family left the stage and we started to chat about the most interesting things that happened until now, while some started to bet on things like who would become the final winner, or who would be defeated next, and so on, and after wishing each other good luck, I go back to my favorite past time, watching over my Champion as he continues his rise to the top.
