He yanked.

The unicorn cried out as she fell on her face at warp speed, digging a trench through the soft mud with her horn. Vincent forced the bit in her mouth and tightened the straps. Then he added a lead to the halter. After that, Vincent put a foot through her stirrups and climbed aboard. At that moment, he felt extremely tall.

She jumped into the stream and rolled. Vincent held on.

He remembered spirit; the guy trying the break the stallion made a telling mistake. The US soldier didn't save his stamina for the boss's second phase. On the other hand, Vincent had filled up on meat and rested for two weeks after his battle with the short-faced bear.

Vincent whipped out his phone and snapped a selfie while his unicorn bucked. It was like riding a roller-coaster with no rails. Every twist and turn was unpredictable as the horse tried her best to get him off. She twisted and rolled, and he placed a hand on the ground to flip the horse back on her hooves.

After a shocking 6 hours, she started slowing down. They were both drenched in mud; the other horses were at a safe distance but hadn't abandoned the unicorn yet. Windy stared on, distraught, as he broke one of her tribe's sacred animals. It was the best day ever.

The unicorn started trotting slowly, and he slapped her cheek with the reins. She got the message and turned with inverted controls back to Windy. Tears rolled down the elf's eyes, and Vincent took a picture. Surprisingly it gave him even more stylish points than her butthole pick.

People were weird and making requests.

Vincent purchased an apple and fed it to the tired unicorn. She seemed to learn extremely quickly, which would be useful. He didn't receive the reward for the challenge. He only captured a single horse.

"I could get to my village from here. No one needs to know what you did; if you go north, there are tribes of savages with round ears. You'll fit in, I'm sure."

Vincent nodded his head. By using Windy as an ambassador to the elf villages, he could sneak in and steal more elf maidens. Since he had a repeatable quest that would give him far more pills. Maybe he could give some to his new unicorn friend.

"You've gained a mount and unlocked capture cards. These cards capture entities in worlds to transport them for later use. Capture cards vary in rarity. For example, UR cards can capture city-sized Kaiju while C mount cards can capture the maximum of a large elephant." Message said.

That was incredibly useful; back to Vincent's strategy. He could conquer a nearby human tribe and use them to domesticate a herd of horses. With his knowledge, making some horse archers wouldn't take long. Vincent captured his unicorn in his card and held her up.

That wasn't a bad price; he should capture another horse. But he was out of cards. Fortunately, there was a booster pack for 200 Stylish Points. He purchased the pack.

Those were all blank cards that could store things in the world. If Vincent found a magical library filled with esoteric knowledge, he could store it.

He could see how trade really worked. Cards were needed to transport things from place to place. Who knew what else they could do?

Vincent saw Windy's ears twitch and turned around to see a roiling wave of black fur and spite charging at him over the grassland.
