Author's Note:
So we're finally here. We're reaching almost the end of the RTS arc(a few more chapters to the appointment ceremony, where ahem ahem) following which, there will be a very significant amount of canon divergence. I can't believe it took 2 years to reach here.
I started as a complete newbie writing with lots of potholes, info dumping, POV issues, poor grammar, and dialogue, and messy character behavior; appreciate those of you who encouraged me along the way, I think it's no longer as bad as before (I hope). If I ever finish this novel, I would want to rewrite my initial chapters.
There are a lot of things I want to explore in the AOT world that I felt were not expounded on much in the manga. It was one my driving points for writing this fanfic.

I will just say this. Eren won't become time's bitch just because the future and past *supposedly?* cannot be changed. He isn't going to be some monkey who just does what he sees and forfeits whatever personality, decision-making, and responsibilities over to fate. If someone foresaw themselves committing a heinous act in the future and then proceeded to carry it out, they can't simply justify it by saying, "I did it because the future dictated so," in a court. This idea just doesn't sit right with me.
My concern isn't so much about the inability to alter the future or past. It's about Eren lacking genuine motivation for his actions based on what he witnessed in the manga. He seemed to act merely because he saw those events, akin to a mindless follower.
I always thought it would be also interesting to see how Erwin would have handled the PostRTS arc if he was in charge and not Hange.
But importantly, I wanted to talk about the release schedule.
Moving forward, there is no fixed release schedule. You may suddenly get one chapter every day and then have to wait weeks for the next one. Reason being
1) AOT with its time shenanigans is extremely difficult to write in words(at least for me). I have to present it in a way that is easy for the reader to understand. I'm not a fan of having too many flashbacks as it messes up the flow. I prefer the story to go linearly as much as I can.
2) I'm a working adult now so there are other priorities too :(
3) I would like to at least stockpile 10-20 chapters before I proceed with the release of the next arc. There are simply so many details involved, that sometimes one will only notice after re-reading and writing. I would like to avoid glaring plotholes as much as I can.
