Jun's Overbearing Luck

Taking a brief moment to stretch, young Jun sighed blithely as he watched Konoha villagers rising for the day. Instructors began making their way to the Academy, a good hour or so before classes would begin, all while children begun to rise and prepare for said classes. In the short span of just ten minutes, Konoha went from quiet and peaceful to the bustling noises one would expect from one of Five Great Shinobi Nations, the Land of Fire's leading village.

As Jun prepared to get up and head down to the Hokage's office, Yuma's voice chimed in his head, [A beautiful sunrise, and a wonderful way to start your first day as a young legend.]

Scoffing lightly, the red-headed boy smirked, "Yes, the young legend that gave Sarutobi-sensei multiple heart attacks."

[That'll be certain, since you're already capable of that,] said Yuma observantly. [As agreed on earlier, you have a complex seal on your powers, as, due to your creation, you have already mastered all current and future fuinjutsu techniques. It can be released incrementally per percent, all the way to 100%. I should also add that while Limitless does have the ability to remove all of your limits, it is only effective upon releasing 100% of your sealed strength. In other words, Limitless is a trump card ability.]

"Understandable, since removing all limits would first need to have self-imposed limits removed just to begin the natural ones. Anything else I should know before I head down?"

[Two or three, I guess. First, and likely the most important, your inventory spawned a new item now that you have truly joined a faction... wait, there are two items, but they both do similar things. I recommend you check them out first.]

Opening his inventory, Jun spotted the two new additions that Yuma had mentioned:

Konohagakure Care Package: The basics that one would have as a Konoha villager. Contains 3 generic shirts, pants and shoes, along with a couple accessories just for fun. Also contains a key to a secret room in the Hokage Rock, well hidden behind the Second Hokage's left ear. Note: Don't tell Sarutobi about it, or he'll flip his lid.

Obligatory Welcome Package: A gift created the will of the Earth to aid you in your journey. Contains 3 random Kekkei Genkai abilities, which cannot be absorbed until your body has grown capable of bearing them. All past and future jutsu techniques, including those of kinjutsu, have been included. An instant growth item designed to forcibly alter your chakra control to perfection, along with your senses, is included. Finally, there is an additional system plugin for the Chaotic Gacha, named Shinobi Gacha.

"Wait, there's a Gacha system too? And is the will of this Earth trying to make me capable of singlehandedly flattening the world?" Jun was absolutely astounded by the description of the two items, specifically the second one, which was undoubtedly overbearing, to say the very least. "Also, whose brilliant idea was it to dig into Second Hokage's head?"

[I don't know, and I really don't want to know. All I can tell you is that the Gacha System was already supposed to be a part of the System's abilities, but additional plugins weren't... As for the entire Earth's will to create that package... Let's just chalk all of this up to the administrator access and leave it at that. We'll get migraines if we keep trying to figure things out like this.] Even Yuma sounded exasperated, though he'd already seen the item contents before Jun had.

With a small laugh, the redheaded boy agreed, "Right, that makes the most sense: just forget about it and move on... Open both of them for now, but separate the second item's contents so that the Kekkei Genkai and the Jutsu Techniques are grouped. Also, just straight up install the Gacha plugin and be done with it."

[I'm on it.] As Yuma did so, small notification pop-ups appeared in Jun's vision as the HUD noted the new additions. [Okay, I'm going to run the random generator for the Kekkei Genkai now. They're still going to be separated, but you'll be able to decide which one to integrate first.]

Generating Kekkei Genkai in 3... 2... 1... complete. The following Kekkei Genkai were generated at random: Ranmaru's Kekkei Genkai (unique), Ketsuryugan (Chinoike Clan), Sharingan (Uchiha Clan).

"Ranmaru's Kekkei Genkai doesn't have a name, but it's pretty powerful... All three of them ended up being dojutsu, one of them being of the Three Great Dojutsus. The Ketsuryugan has capabilities that made it able to stand toe-to-toe with the Three Great Dojutsus, while Ranmaru's is capable of restraining the Byakugan... What kind of bullshit luck do I have..?" Jun truly didn't know what to think. This random generator wasn't as reliable as expected, especially in how it 'randomly generated' three dojutsus.

[You do have some bullshit luck, Jun... Anyway, if you plan to immediately use the Technique Compendium, which is what the techniques were combined into, you'd have to explain away how you know so many jutsus.]

"Right... Well, I can use a weak but still believable lie of being able to use any jutsu after seeing or reading it once. If I had the Rinke Clan's Kekkei Genkai I could also use that as part of the excuse, since it would involve absorbing memories, and therefore techniques by extension..." Jun smacked his cheeks with his hands, shaking his head to clear his mind of confusing thoughts, "Ah, forget it, let's just get going before someone wonders why I'm talking to myself..." The red-haired little boy got to his feet and dropped down to the Hokage's office.

Sarutobi was just getting up with his Hokage bamboo hat when Jun landed on the ledge, and he had a small sagely smile, "Ah, there you are, Jun. I was about to come up to get you. Now that the instructors have arrived, we can get you tested. I probably should have said this earlier, but the enrollment test is rather simple: we just test your chakra affinity. That's it."

"That seems kind of... overly simple?" Jun was confused, though he did understand the reason for it.

"Sure, there are tests for physical and mental capabilities, but the only requirement to enter the Academy is a chakra affinity test. Considering how vast your chakra reserves are... which I can now no longer sense," this made Sarutobi's eyes narrow curiously, "you should easily be able to graduate within five to eight years... Unless you're even more outstanding than the little Hayate Clan boy." Jun knew that the Hokage meant Kakashi, who, around now was about 8-10 years old, had already become a Chuunin. "Bah, getting sidetracked. Come, let's get going."
