Chapter 29 Plan for future

There is only a year left before Yuna actualize her plan on shifting to the capital, she told her grandfather about it and her grandfather was fine with her future plan and arrangement, after all, her grandfather already lives more than half his life and doesn't have any plan for his future except accompanying his granddaughter.

It was his granddaughter future and whatever she plan, Grandpa Orion respect her decision.

Planning for future is annoying, there are so many things to consider but Yuna is happy either way because she is not pressured like her last life. Her last life future plan is bleak as heck.

In another world with many fantastic things, Yuna does not want to get stuck in a remote place and not know anything about the world, it will be a pity.

"We have saved up quite a bit of money, although the capital city seems expensive, I think we should be fine for the first half of the year Grandpa" Yuna said, rechecking the money in the account book.

They have saved for four to five years and the potion she made was sold at the apothecary store, a small side income. Thankfully, it was only she and her grandfather so they never need to spend much.

"That is so, I don't believe we will lose out in term of novelty and taste in our bakery but I heard the apothecary (The current apothecary of Huin town) mention that the dolls that are sold at the capital is not ordinary toys but have various function, probably mages made in their passing to earn quick bucks"

Their ordinary wooden dolls stood no chance. Yuna found it to be a pity as her grandfather seems to love making the exquisite dolls especially the jointed ball dolls, even meticulously painting them.

On the afternoon at school during lunch times, Yuna look at Austin who was eating the food she prepared for him.

Hesitating a bit, in the end, she still talks to him about her plan.

"After this year, Grandpa and I intend on shifting to the capital and I will also enrol in one of the academies at the capital"

Austin pause his eating, swallowing the food, he nods his head and said "I see, I will start saving money"

He make it sound as if it was only natural to follow her.

That's right, Yuna already expected this. Austin will surely try to follow her. She don't think he will want to get stuck in a remote place either, he has a great ambition to get stronger and stronger. Its' fine to just help him in a way she can, no need to go over the board, above and beyond.

Sighing, Yuna said "Master said she is something master of apothecary guild so I can get a favour from her to send medicine to your mother in the times when we are lock inside the academy, just save up some money for the travelling and various entry fee, grandpa is going to open a shop at the capital, your mom can live with grandpa if she is not against it and help out grandpa in maintaining the shop"

As long as Austin mother takes medicine on time (As in the higher level potion that ease her a lot compared to the low level potion that barely keep her alive), she is also just like a normal person now, able to do some miscellaneous work and not completely bed-ridden. Yuna has improved a lot in her apothecary profession and could make some small not too difficult high grade potion.

Yuna has a steady hand and an absolute advantage of 100% purity, the thing that slow down her progress significantly is her slow learning. As said before, she is an average in learning when it comes to chemistry and learning thing by heart. After all, she is not a genius. Her 100% purity is just some dumb luck she happens to unlock. Hey… she should not undermine herself too much.

Austin smile slightly looking at Yuna who was planning his future. Her expression showing serious consideration looks extremely cute.

Tapping inside his chest pocket, Austin took out a pouch that contains his savings. No place is safer to keep money than with him.

"This is the money I saved, you can be in charge of it" Austin said pushing it towards Yuna who was still talking about her plan.

Yuna stop talking, put her hand forward and open the pouch, as soon as she saw the amount inside the pouch, Yuna face became indescribable "….."

There are more than 20 gold coins, very many. Very very many.

Right, Austin does not need to desperately earn money for a single day worth medicinal potion and he can also take on more jobs with his mother recovering, both the mother and child should not be a big spender and can save up a lot.

Yuna push back the pouch to Austin and advised "You should deposit it to banks, its' safer that way and leave a few coins for emergency and miscellaneous use"

"Alright, I'll listen to you" Austin replied, putting the pouch inside his inner chest pocket, he said with a smile tinting his voice "After class before going to the apothecary guild, I have something to show you, you've been waiting to see it so long, I made you wait"

Yuna eyes flashed, she seems to know what she is going to witness after school.

The class for the day was soon over and Yuna trot behind Austin who took her in a clear opening with little to no people around.

"Stand here" Saying so, Austin walk at the centre of the plain land.

He slowly pulls out his sword, a sword that was between low and mid grade quality. The sword had been through weathering accompanying its wielder for almost five years.

Slowly, sword aura started to cover Austin, although not fully materialised, it was already an amazing achievement of a person his age. He can be considered a unparalleled genius, that was what Yuna read in the book anyway.

The sword that was pull out was held at the centre of Austin chest and Yuna who was watching with bated breath finally saw a mirage like splitting of the sword, from one to two, from two to three, it continues to split, mirrored image and then finally stop at the sixth split.

Austin command the sword and the sword energy that was split hover in the air, it whoosed' and fly at a breaking speed and firmly embed on the tree that was on the side..no..not embed but pierced through the tree trunk.

"The stronger my aura, the more powerful the sword that was split will be, but the grade of the sword can also greatly enhanced the strength of the sword energy that was split" Austin explained patiently, a bit happy seeing Yuna eyes sparkle at the demonstration of the sword technique.

"I believe so too, there is nothing much that can be learned in this small remote place after all"

As her curiosity and longing have been fulfilled, Yuna cock her head and said "Lets' go, need a lot to learn before I meet my master again lest she beat me when we meet"

Her master have left her with 20 books each with thick volume, she was barely able to finish 11 books in those two years, Yuna wonder whether she will be able to finish the remaining six books.

One moment she is happy, now she is sad. Happiness sure is fleeting
