Spar between Brothers-I

Cain POV

It's been 2 years since Grayfia has joined me in the castle and our relationship as a Lucifer and Lucifuge is going swimmingly well. She really is a perfect maid as it took her only 3 days to totally understand and remember my preferences, likes, dislikes and schedule and she has been doing a great job at being my personal maid.

Also my teasing has increased a lot and now I am waiting for me to grow up so I can finally lose my damn V card which has been etched into my existence since 29 yrs, if I take both of my lives into account but for now I am waiting and cultivating the seeds of love in the hearts of my two beautiful maids.

Grayfia while she talks to me normally still has that emotionless look on her face everytime she is in her maid work. I haven't managed to make her break her cold facade once. The only time I had heard her laugh was in the ladies bath along with Melissa and Vanessa and that was only because I was sneaking around to get a peek.

Looks like one of my major sins is going to be lust. My main sin is wrath which I generally keep under control due to multiple reasons, one of them being not going ballistic on every living being in my vicinity when I am in a annoyed mood.

I have seen Rizz going into the restricted section of the castle library multiple times and every time he comes out the look in his eyes keep getting more and more crazy. Looks like Aaron's bs speech and some messed up magical books in the restricted sections do not mix up well and one of his main sins being pride does not help it either.

For the last couple of months I have been reducing the time I spend on supernatural history books and increasing the time I spend on my darklight mastery. I can successfully create dozens of solid spears and make a shield out of darklight and all of them are quite durable.

Since we have gotten our Lucifuges Rizz and i haven't spared so looks like he is trying to get to know Euclid and corrupt him with his stupid 'Devils evil kill other beings' theory and out of nowhere he sent me a spar challenge through Euclid, who gave it to Grayfia. Looks like he still is a siscon though a pity Grayfia sees him as a brother and most importantly I am here.

Me thinking it as a good opportunity to test my strength and gauging my brother's strength I accepted the challenge.

After accepting the challenge and telling Grayfia to inform him about it I went to take a bath and relax myself. After taking a bath I wore my training clothes and sat down on the bed while I was relaxing I got a idea why not make Melissa and Vanessa sleep with me to increase their affection towards me. Wait I should be thinking about the spar not about how to get a girl, seriously the sin of lust Is quite hard to control i will need to increase my training more if i don't want to become a guy who thinks with their lower half.

After seeing that the agreed time has arrived I went towards the training arena of the castle which is honestly too big to be called a arena it is a damn colloseum. I entered it and saw Grayfia and Euclid standing together on one side and Melissa and Vanessa standing on the opposite side of the arena.

Rizz was just there standing menacingly or at least tried to look like a proper anime villian unfortunately for him I ignored him and simply went to the side opposite to him and stood there waiting for him to start.

He looked a bit stupid standing there in the middle like a jojo character but he got over it and started speaking with a smirk on his face." Looks like these cheap provocations won't work on you anymore Cain. But this is nothing I will finally defeat you today."

"Those provocations never worked Rizz and today is the day I win not you after all you rarely train here you study more in the library after all."

After me saying that we both went quite and waited for each other to make a move afterall the match had started the moment I had stepped in the arena.

While i was concentrating on the flow of demonic energy i heard Grayfia and Euclid talking, this is one of the benefits of training your control increased senses.

"Who do you think is gonna win sister?"

" I cannot say anything on this matter Euclid as I do not know Lord Rizevim or Lord Cain's strength. "

"Then according to you who is stronger? Judging by the aura my lord is stronger than your Lord Cain."

My God I can hear the sarcasm in his voice.

Suddenly is sensed a movement in the air and I saw the world upside down and Rizevim with a smile on his face. I realised that he had known about my control so he ordered Euclid to talk to Grayfia in order to distract me for a moment. He knew I would not ignore their talk due to me being curious.

Such cunningness from him and foolishness from me, or so he thought but he didn't know one thing I knew about it already so I was prepared for his attack from behind as for me slipping due to him using magic I have trained enough to land safely on my feet. I dodged the wind blade he had created on my back mid air by putting my hand on a darklight spear I created in air and landed on my feet in a spectacular fashion shocking everyone present. After all I train my physical body too.

Seeing that his little plan had no effect on me so decided for a more frontal approach to use magic. His inherent magic i.e. sacred gear cancellor is useless against me so he needs to find other ways to fight me.

He created ropes made from pure demonic energy and tried to bind but I countered with chains made up of darklight. Darklight being superior to demonic energy easily managed to destroy his ropes and went past them. I controlled them to bind him but he teleported away from his place.

I sensed the magical energy gathering in two places one behind me and one in front if me which was of no surprise I knew Rizz is better at teleportation magic than me. He does not train his physical strength actively so he will not engage in close quarter combat. So the in front should be the decoy, so I quickly jumped sideways and using my imagination launched a fireball behind my previous position.

And my deduction was correct the demonic signature infront of me was a decoy because a small rock was there while Rizz almost got hit by my fireball but managed to dodge it at the last moment by rolling away.

Looks like this spar will not end soon as both of our magical strength is equal I would not like to let him know my full strength. Thinking about his weakness being close quarter combat I decide to get him near me so I can exploit his weakness.

Seeing me not falling for his traps Rizz decides to use more variety of magic as I can see 4 different types of magic circle forming the circles then realese a fireball, water spear, wind blade and lightning snake and he then launched it towards me. All of this happened in less than 5 seconds. Seriously devil magic in DxD though lacking in firepower makes it up by removing calculations and having your imagination do the work.

I had already formed my teleportation circle below me by the time his attacks reached me and everyone being unable to see anything during the resultant smoke from Rizz's attack I teleport behind him. He managed to sense me but it was too late as my demonic energy coated fist landed squarely on his face.

Getting hit by full power enhanced punch from me Rizz was thrown backwards and landed on his back and started skiiding but was able to roll and get back on his feet whilst stopping me from following him by freezing the ground.

And I see the blood drip from his mouth and with that the first blood has been acquired.

AN:- How was the fight scene? Any ideas for improvement?

Also did you know Zekram's name is made by joining the names of the pokémons ZEKrom and reshiRAM. I just got to know it recently.
