Next three months passed in a flash, mostly due to me being unconscious through most of it due to Artalis's beatings. She was portrayed with a sadistic personality on my earth, and she fully lived up to her character by leaving me near death at least five times a day for the first month. Then after I landed my first hit,she would clone herself and gang up on me leaving no space for recovery.

Of course this torture wasn't in vain. If it was ,I would have gone crazy.

I managed to develop my kakuja as well as one on one and group combat techniques that can be used with and without kagune. Also I managed to control my eyes from changing when I'm hungry or mad, since black and red eyes are a dead giveaway of being supernatural. I could now control the emergence of kakugan at will.

After three months of slow progress I finally made it to the outskirts of Forks forest. I was able to identify the area immediately because of the lingering 'wet dog smell' even though it was barely present.

Instead of continuing through the forest I went around it never stepping on their territory.I didn't know how I would smell like to them, but if they identify me as a supernatural, I might have a few problems in the future. After moving away from their territory, I made it towards the closest clothing store. After all, wearing only one set of clothes for nearly two and half years in the midst of a dangerous forest would definitely reduce it to rags,and mine were no different. Thus I definitely needed a wardrobe update. And definitely a shower. And couple of electrical appliances. So after a engaging in a two hour shopping spree,I ended up with half a dozen cloth sets,a laptop a flip phone four sets of shoes,some undergarments and an almost empty bank account. Only to be stupefied when Artalis asked where I was going to sleep.

I quickly fired up the laptop and entered an online store in the dark web I had discovered in my previous world by accident, and entered couple of meters of animal hide I collected from the forest thanks to Artalis's knowledge for selling . Then after twelve hours and shady transactions and under handed dealings ,I had six point three million dollars to my name.

I withdrew few hundred dollars and booked a room of a decent motel for a month. Even if I am homeless now I was determined to buy or build a house near the woods at the edge of the Quileute territory most likely the latter, for easier acquisition of food as well as a hunting ground.

"I think I'll need to bring a lot of wild animals through" I mused looking at the ceiling while laying on bed."Maybe you can bring some beasts from that forest too" Artalis suggested after hearing my thoughts.

Artalis and I had a complicated relationship. Her pride often had often interfered with building relationships, but after spending three months bonding with each others fists ,we became quite close. Now she mostly stays in her human form and we talk with each other often.

"I will have to find a way to keep them from running around though, can't have others see them"

"How about blood branding. That way even if they breed their offsprings won't be able to leave the area, and we can use illusions to hide them"

According to Artalis, magical energy density in forks was quite low, so only small magicks could be used. They were quite complex as well ,so in magic matters, I would handover my body for her to control.

"Maybe, but who knows if they will be able to survive here. We'll do something about it in the holidays"

After coming to an agreement on this matter, I let sleep grab hold of me.

I was woken up by the sound of room service, after dressing up I quickly grabbed the breakfast and swallowed it,thankful for my ability to eat normal food. Then after meeting the principal and applying to Forks High School, it was decided that I will be able to enter school within three weeks,which was just fine since Bella Swan will arrive in twenty five days
