Chapter 6: The Mysterious Stranger

The man standing nearby is the same man that Arnie saw a couple of times, pulling a long rope while looking at her.

Arnie felt creepy, and at the same time wondering why she always happens to see this man, it seems like she has a stalker??? take note!!! A handsome and mysterious stalker.

Mister, can I ask you something??? Arnie called at the man. But the man didn't answer, instead, he looks at her intensely before he turned to leave.

Mister... don't go... I just want to ask if you have seen my mother. I heard her voice calling me and you're the only one I found here, Arnie hastily explained.

But the man ignores her, instead, he hurried his steps as if he was riding a horse.

Arnie tried to get up fast to chase after the man but he disappeared like bubbles in thin air.

Arnie continues walking wearily, hoping to see the man again or her mother.

Arnie looks at her surroundings tearfully, she didn't know the place where she had gone to. She knows all the farms and places in their barrio from the lower part of the farm near their farm to the upper part or interior part of their barrio, where they also had a farm her father inherited from her grandfather near her aunt Kikay's farm called Simba simbahanan.

( little chapel ) the farm got its name because it has a place that looks like a small chapel.

whatever she did, she can't remember where or whose farm she's at.

She sat on the ground weakly, she's perspiring and thirsty. Even the bottled of water that she brought with her were left at the place where she first stop to have a rest when she hurried over to chase the man. She's worried that her parents were already worried, looking for her.
