Chapter - 35 A day with Princess Adela Part -2

Suddenly the conversation sound stopped. ‘Hmm, why is it so quiet?’ Rosa thought and turned her face to see that both Lady Adela and Felix starring at her.

“Sorry is there something on my face?” Rosa rubbed her face and cheek.

“Felix, watch this.” Adela picked up two of the leaves from the plant and rubbed them in her dress first to remove the dust. She then rubbed it in her palm to heat it up. She folded the leaf in four parts.

“Rosa look here.” She turned around; it was confusing as she could not understand what was going on. Adela reached out to hold her chin and pressed her cheek to open her open and put the leaf in. For a moment there Adela thought that Rosa will spit it out as soon as she put it in her mouth. The leaf is bitter after all. Rosa did not spit it out at all instead she took a bite on it. She changed her position of sitting to a more comfortable position.
