“It would seem the only solution to this would be the prince taking responsibility for the town.” He spoke out loud. Kaizan’s words made all look back at him.

“His highness can take over the authority of the town, which will make commander Waiz and Rouch’s punishment fall under his jurisdiction. Also, the town would be in a better hand.” He continued to explain smiling.

‘Have you ever seen this boy smile? Is this true or a dream?’ the shadow leaned closer to Kaizan looking at his face.

Rosa also tilted her head looking at the man who was standing beside her.

‘This is for real? He is hardly this cheerful. It is hard to believe that a person can be this different.’ She thought of all the time they had been moving together. Even in the vatakku, this man was quiet, now this man is very different.’

‘Do you think he is just acting to be as such?’ the shadow walked back to stand next to her.
