[ ~ Chapter • Start ~ ]
Months passed, and everything was where they were supposed to be. Maybe besides the other stuff I've been doing at night like teach Eri about supernatural stuff I've been doing for two years now.
But I never thought that she would have a great affinity in the usage of Dark Magic (a Spirit Magic derivative), and due to that I taught her to use it.
And, on the matters of my own "Energy Conversion/Generation Core".....
A few of the "Energy Conversion Cores" sucked.
Literally.
I was glad I destroyed a few failed cores before Eri came back from using the bathroom that time, if she was, then she might have been in a critical condition.
And the few failed prototypes of the "Energy Generation Cores" were absolutely radioactive to the point where I had to completely dismantle and destroy them (along with my old clothing I wore) before taking a long bath.
But at least there were a few prototypes.... that kinda failed due to not having a sturdier metal until I used [Creation Magic] to make the more recent prototypes sturdier and give the metal used have different, yet same properties.
With the more recent outputs, two of both "Energy Generation Core" and "Energy Conversion Core", made, there would be a bigger and better possibility of me creating the perfected core I want.
Still.....
"This is fine enough." I spoke, almost giving up on making the ideal core right now and putting the finished products inside my suit's pocket.
It's simple to say that all male teachers in the Kikoku-sha High School wore black suits that were modified to make every teacher look more professional, due to a few teachers decades ago deciding to go against the original norms of having the male teachers wear pink.
After Eri had worn what she needed, we immediately began a long, 10 minute walk towards the school, expecting it to be relatively normal.
I was.... wrong.
Definitely, and absolutely, wrong.
I meant, after noon, at the room where Eri was in. It was as loud as usual, even when I was inside to sort out the files I had needed.
The chattering of the students did not stop, but as I was focusing on my stuff and was about to call them, I felt... something strange all around me.
No, this feeling---!
Mana?!
Almost panicking, my eyes scanned the area, even the ones beneath me, but eventually I was able to notice that magic was being casted.
It was like I was using magic to teleport stuff around, but… in nuclear steroids? What in the actual fuck! Eri and a few of my students, noticing my slight distress, wondered what was happening.
Suddenly, a magic circle appeared on the floor, expanding until the entire floor was covered by it.
It was then I realized – I was too late. If I left the room, using my magic, I wouldn't just be responsible for this; they would probably be alone in different parts of another world, or worse… getting enslaved by some sort of secretly evil force there.
Tsk, I cannot let that happen.
And I would be a bastard if I selfishly done that, right? Come on, that's definitely not me!
So I calmed down and let whatever was going to happen, happen. You know, like a canon event.
A blinding light that made my cover my eyes surrounded the classroom, and the class, along with me, its teacher were all gone to somewhere. My consciousness was lost, for a short while of course.
Nothing was left, except objects that were placed down on the ground after the blinding light was gone.
Eventually, this sparked a very long, controversial investigation that lasted for months. Theorists from the west would call this an act of an alien UFO or something like that, but technically, that is kind of true.
[ ~ Line • Break ~ ]
My consciousness returned immediately, standing up and observing the surroundings around me.
Everything here looked very foreign, and I was very, very sure we aren't in Earth anymore. The students around me rose from their dazed, awakened consciousnesses, wondering where they were.
Some even had surprised faces of excited faces, as if not realizing the dangers of being in another world in the first place.
And it did seem like several people that aren't us were waiting outside the altar we were standing on.
And the moment I saw the face of a supposed divine figure that was painted on a wall behind us, I felt immense hatred from my heart and an erupting headache.
Controlling my emotions as if it was normal, I cured the headache off with the combined usage of [Spirit Magic] and [Recovery Magic] in a mere half of a second.
A very old and wrinkly old pope approached us, and seemed to welcome us as his genuine smile, no matter how friendly it actually looked, was no genuine one.
"Welcome to Tortus, brave hero and his companions!" The old man spoke, looking at Kouki.
And Tortus.... tsk, I remember it as the world where Oscar Orcus died. Though, if we are in this world...
I am going to need to be honest here. Carefulness is one of the best ways to be safe, controlling my emotions is on the other hand, is also quite easy, too.
After a long introduction, we were brought to our seats on a very long table, to discuss whatever was happening....
.... NEXT CHAPTER!!! ;P

Author's Commentary: Welcome to Tortus! Canon would have a few significant changes, but it would diverge a bit.
Extra Note: 90% of Satoru's dreams are all memories of his "past lives".

In a certain realm, a certain False God, Ehit was a little disgruntled. All he wanted to do was summon a "Hero" to relieve his boredom, but alas he got a little too excited and accidentally summoned an entire classroom, much to his slight disbelief.
Oh well, he almost threw an entire tantrum right there, until he thought he could just break apart more, just for even more fun!
He didn't really consider the possibility of angering one Sensei whose face he was becoming more than familiar with, though. He probably forgot who those certain insects were and decided whatever happened, should just be forgotten.
And honestly? He was slowly becoming more bored seeing the same things happening again and again.
"Hmmm.... After I take the body of the "Hero" after thoroughly breaking him apart, the Grand End shall commence. I wonder how fun it will be?" A low, cryptic chuckle came out from the soul of the mad "god".
