Meeting

"So, why are we here again" Chrome asked

"no idea, he just told us to come here" Kei said

"Do you think its a gate?" Chrome said

"I don't think we would need to worry about that" Kei said as he and Chrome looked at the hunters going on and about their day

They were looking at the Huntsman Guild's Estate, It was a castle with a large compound featuring a harmonious blend of traditional architecture and strategic military design.

The main keep/ tower of the castle was the most prominent feature with a distinct roofline and adorned with ornate decorations. The keep serves as the stronghold and the Huntsman's living quarters.

The castle was surrounded by a vast compound with various buildings serving various purpose and housing hundreds of hunters and mundane personnel, there were barracks to house the hunters, housing for mundane, a mess hall as a communal dining area, multiple storehouses, training grounds for the hunters of Huntsman guild and many more building for other purposes, there were about a hundred pro hunters that worked under Huntsman guild and many countless mundane.

There was a Zen garden a, beautifully landscaped areas with raked gravel, stone lanterns, and carefully placed rocks, providing a serene space for contemplation and even a central open space within the compound, often featuring cherry blossom trees and stone pathways, serving as a gathering place for events. This was all encompassed by a stone wall encircling the whole compound.

"what you two gawking at" Donnes said

"Why are we at the Huntsman Guild" the kids asked

"We have a meeting today, the haughty guy, i mean Raizo has summoned all the Sentinels to a meeting after coming back from his excursion, apparently he has some urgent news to tell"

"Umm, if its important, are you sure we are allowed to come too?" Kei and Chrome asked

"Eh, youll be fine" Donnes said nonchalantly and went on inside without waiting for the kids

"wait, that's not what we mean- ohk" Kei sighed and followed the Sentinel

They passed by many people both hunters and mundane, the Huntsman guild was vast, its construction happened only in a few years after Raizo Huntsman became a Guardian and formed the Huntsman guild many followed him and joined his guild and his party became the strongest people in Liburn both in terms of physical strength and political.

Donnes, Kei and Chrome passed by the Zen garden, the cherry trees, multiple different buildings and finally reached the main keep, a tower that served both as residential space for Huntsman family and their official headquarters.

"Its pretty, don't you think" Chrome admired the architectural beauty of the main tower

"Ya you're right" Kei said

"You know were technically going in Ayumi's house right, are you excited" Chrome side eyed Kei and poked his shoulder with his finger

"Yes..... I mean no, why would i get excited" Kei corrected himself as he proceeded to put Chrome in a headlock

They walked inside and were led into a large conference room, the room was vast with decorated walls with a engraving of a Dragon, the Dragon encircled all four walls and its head was protruding out from the wall opposite to the gate, on the Dragons head there held a Crest with a fearsome kabuto mask, this was the Huntsman crest their logo.

In the middle of the room a vast circular wooden table with multiple chairs lined beside it stood, there were already many people inside the room, they were not seated and were waiting for Raizo, Kei recognized some of the Hunters there, they were all the best hunters in Liburn

They waited for a few minutes for everyone to come, Kei was never in a presence of so many pros, there were around Seven Sentinels including Donnes that came for the meeting, curiously that was the total number of Sentinels excluding the Sentinels on Raizo's party.

Every Sentinel had two or three powerful Initiate's accompanying them, the pressure emanated form some of these Sentinel's was enough to make him shudder, while he couldn't sense any presence from some other, but somehow that made them even more scarier, even the Initiate's with them had fierce eyes and were emanating a modest amount of aura.

'These guys are strong' Kei couldn't but feel awe after looking at them

Most of them had either a frown or look of concern in their faces some held neutral expressions meanwhile Donnes had a aloof look on his face

'how is he so nonchalant in the presence of so many sentinels' Kei thought

but his thought was interrupted as the head of the Huntsman guild walked in the room, the room was suddenly engulfed in silence, everyone gazed at the Guardian, and bowed to show respect, Kei did the same.

The man towered with a commanding presence, his broad frame a striking blend of lean strength and rippling muscle. Clad in a black leather vest adorned with a gleaming silver emblem on his shoulder, he exuded an air of formidable confidence. Despite his youthful appearance, his face, framed by a meticulously trimmed beard, hinted at the weight of his thirty-plus years and the experiences that had shaped him.

What surprised Kei was not his appearance but rather the aura he was giving off, his presence single handedly outweighed and diminished every other hunter there, his presence was and commanding, he wore a serious expression on his face, Kei seemed to shiver by simply being in his presence.

The Guardian moved to the chair adjacent of the back wall, where the dragon's head protruded ominously. He sat down, gesturing for everyone else to do the same. When he spoke, his voice was calm yet authoritative, weighted with a solemn presence that filled the room.

"I believe everyone knows why we have gathered here today, so lets cut to the chase"

"Liburn is in Danger"
