Meanwhile back in the horse stables,

Jacob had jus finished taking all the children for a ride on the horse.

Ellie was ecstatic while she was on the horse while Celeste was a bit scared and quiet like she could not wait to get down, she rather pet the horses than ride them.

Noey had walked over to where Lucinda was sitting because he was tired and he climbed up on his mother's lap and hugged her.

"Mommy Green" said Noey as he pointed at the beautiful green grass.

"Haha yes Noey it's grass, very green" replied Lucinda as he touched the soft green grass.

Lucinda was wearing plain light blue denim mom jeans and she was wearing a pink top, she braided up her hair in a side ponytail and she was sitting on the grass with Noey enjoying the warm fake sun and watching the happy faces of her children.

"Oooh Uncle Jacob are you very good at riding horses??" asked Evie as Jacob got down from the horse.

"Haha Evie i am very good but i know someone here who is the best" said Jacob as he led the horse back into it's stall

"Oooh and who is that??" asked Evie with curiosity as she followed behind Jacob

Jacob finished putting the horse in it's stall and he pointed over to where Lucinda was sitting with Noey and said "Your Mother"

Those words left all of the children dumbfounded how could their mom of all people be the best at Horse riding??

"Mom is it true??" asked Evie as she looked at her mother

Lucinda looked at Jacob and then back at her children and said "Haha yes it is true but that was a long time ago"

"Oooh so cool mom i bet that you are still good at it" said Evie and her siblings nodded in agreement

"Ooh then to prove it how about we have a race, what do you say Luc??" asked Jacob

"Okay fine but don't cry when i beat you" laughed Lucinda as she stood up and gave Noey to Kaylee

"Oh don't worry Luc i will be the one to beat you this time" said Jacob as he started saddling up another brown coloured horse

"So which horse do you choose??" asked Jacob

Lucinda's eyes scanned every stall until her eyes fell on a beautiful white dotted coffee brown horse

"I choose this one" said Lucinda as she pointed at the horse

"Okay then saddle him up" said Jacob

Meanwhile Matt had just walked out of his Grandfather's office and he tried to find his way back to the Stables but he got lost in the many hallways of the Castle

"Isn't it this way??" asked Matt

"No or this way??" he asked himself in confusion once again, the castle was just too big

Matt's eyes went to a guard that was standing by the wall and guarding he walked over to the guard and said "Hello Mr. i was just wondering if you could pleas show me the way to the Stables?" asked Matt

The guard looked at him and said "Of course Prince Matthew follow me" replied the guard

"Okay yes Thank you" said Matt

"No problem your Highness" said the Guard as he led the way

"Wait why did he call me prince??" asked Matt to himself as he was confused but he didn't think of it any further.

The guard led Matt to the Stables "Thank you Mister!" said Matt

"You are welcome your highness" said the Guard as he saluted and returned back to his duty post

Matt walked over to the Stables and he was greeted with a weird sight, he saw his mother on a Horse and so was Uncle Jacob it seemed like they were about to race and all his siblings were making noises.

Evie saw Matt standing afar off and said "Hey Matt come over here, Uncle Jake challenged mom to a race and now they are going to race" explained Evie as she caught Matt up.

"Oooh so that's what's happening" said Matt as Noey reached out to him from Kaylee and he carried him.

"Oooh this is going to be soo cool" said Levi, Frankie, Mark and Edward.

"On your marks, get ready set and GO!" shouted Levi as he waved his hand around like it was a flag and they were off, Lucinda was going very fast and all her children were cheering "Go Mom!!"

The Race was happening on the beautiful country side, it was first to get to the forest and back to the stables wins.

Lucinda got a very good head start her horse was going very fast and she leaned in to control him, meanwhile Jacob saw that Lucinda was fast ahead and so he hit his horse by the reigns and shouted "Hiyaaa" and his horse went faster.

Lucinda could hear the chats of her children, but it got fainter and fainter as she got closer to the Forest's edge, she lost focus and her horse slowed down and Jacob passed her and reached the forest before her and he turned back.

Lucinda realized her mistake and as she reached the forest edge she turned back in speed, she hit her stirrups against the horse's body and she moved the reigns and the horse neighed and moved faster and caught up to Jacob in no time.

The Children that were watching on the sidelines were in awe they could not believe that, that was their mother riding a horse like a pro, she looked so cool and serious.

Jacob and Lucinda were neck in neck very close to the stables until Lucinda gave one more push and she beat Jacob and reached the stables first, she leaned back to stop the horse gently.

"And the winner is mom" said Levi and all the children shouted "Yayyyyyyy" and they went to meet their mother that was just getting off the horse and they all hugged her.

"Mom you are so cool" they said one after the other as they praised their mother

"Thank you my sweeties" said Lucinda as she hugged them all

Meanwhile Jacob had just gotten off his horse and he said "Well you beat me again Luc" said Jacob he looked very embarrassed this was the second time she beat him, the last time was before Lucinda and Lucas got married.

"Haha yes i did and you are not crying what a surprise" said Lucinda as she joked with Jacob

"Oooh what happened here my Love??" asked Lucas as he just popped into the scene

"Dad!" shouted the children as they ran over to their Father and started explained what happened

"Dad Uncle Jake challenged mom to a race and she beat him mercilessly" said all the children all over the other

"Okay haha you see now Jake my wife is the best" said Lucas as he walked over to where Lucinda was and he hugged her by the side and gave her a kiss on the cheek

"Haha yeah yeah don't rub it in" said Jacob as he finished putting the horses back in their stalls and walked over to where everyone one was.

All of them stayed outside and played, and fed the horses till it was time for the sun to set and they all watched the beautiful sunset together.

"Okay time for dinner everyone" said Lucinda as she stood up from watching they all followed her inside

"Dad?" asked Matt as he looked at his father

"Yes what is it son??" asked Lucas

"Well nothing i just really like it here" said Matt and Lucas chuckled and said

"Haha of course you do, this is your land and nothing can ever change that, now let's go have dinner, i bet that your Grandfather would love to hear more about Annie" said Lucas as he winked at Matt

"Daddd what noo" said Matt as he walked past his dad and ignored him.
