Mikan look at the three skill book on her hand, two is common rank while other is rare, but even so after looking at it this three book is more than the rank of each.

Break of Water is given, a perfect skill for mage like her, not only it's a perfect skill book for her it also give huge benefits.

Even the book is tank as rare blue color rank item the effect is more like epic rank or even legendary rank for sure.

She is not a fool, she always browse in internet looking for book and do her own research so she know what kind of book is this.

Mich more that the book is something no one ever see or heard, a Breathing Techniques than can use by all Magic Type Class is more valuable than any Legendary Rank tin the market.

The other skill is also a bug like skill, its a skill that can solve the problem of all Caster Type Class.
